Extremely DISAPPOINTED!!! 0 Starrs to be honest !! For this to be a new place that just opened you would think not only would the food be better but the customer service was terrible when speaking to a manager!! I went through the drive through and ordered a kids meal orange chicken with Ramon noodles. Before even placing my order the first thing k asked was, WAS THE FOOD FRESH !?? The lady insisted it was as well as the noodles. I said great and placed my order. 9$ later I drive home open the box and the noodles was sooo dried out and the orange “chicken “. Might as well say it was 7 pieces of crust Absolutely NO CHICKEN in side . So dry it was terrible. I then immediately googled the phone number and no one answered. Called at least 4 times before I got back in my car and drove back to the restaurant and went inside. I asked to speak to a manager and she so happened to walk by, not even with a smile no greeting from her anything her name was” Jayne” she says yeah I’m like wow, so I explained to her how I just wanted fresh food and that the orange chicken wasn’t fresh I said it was so hard I even opened the box and picked up a piece and tried to break it I said this is all crust you know what I’m saying - her response “ No, I don’t no what your saying ..” I’m like you rude I just want my money back. She says no we don’t give money back take it.., I’ll make another one .. I’m like nah I don’t need another one I just want my money back I even walked down to we’re she was as she was making it ,and told her that’s okay she walked off from me back down to the register .she then says again no just take this and places it in the bag. I said I don’t need the old meal you can throw that in the trash, she says “NO, we don’t take food back so rudely !! When I say customer service was OUT THE DOOR i was so upset I turned around went to the trash and threw it away and walked out !! The way this “ Manager “ handled this situation was unreal !! Her performance her professionalism was tacky ,rude ,and very disrespectful and condescending!! I WILL NOT ever go back to this place again !! I will drive to another town to eat there panda before I drive 0.7 miles to come back to this place!! She needs to go back to Managerial classes and learn how to speak to people!! The staff on duty between 12-1pm on Wednesday, December 2023, showed a disconcerting lack of customer service skills, failing to acknowledge my requests and responding with rudeness. I specifically ordered two plates, each to include two different entrees, and requested a half-and-half portioning of rice and chow mein on both plates. Strangely, they balked at this request, claiming I could only choose one entree and cannot combine sides despite my order clearly stating otherwise. I must emphasize that this ordeal is unique to this particular location; I've never encountered such resistance at any other Panda Express restaurant across the nation. It's clear that my request wasn't outlandish, as it has been granted numerous times at other outlets with no issue. Now, I'm usually a fan of Panda's culinary offerings, but the ineptitude displayed at this particular establishment is genuinely astonishing. As a Uber eats delivery driver I am not obligated to walk into an establishment and fix the customers drinks! It is policy… one of the male employees rolled his eyes and I asked why because I am not supposed to or allowed to fix the customers drinks per Uber and he said neither are we BUT they’re fixing drinks right there at the damn drive through window! Make it make sense! Every last one of the females were HISPANIC and RUDE! Jamie is the General Manager and when I asked her was it “Pandas” policy she replied that I should call Uber because I work for Uber ! Instead of answering the question ;she did a gesture like waving to get away and said just call Uber… well that doesn’t justify telling an Uber driver to fix drinks. Very unprofessional . If policy had changed then say that instead of we don’t … also when calling the customer relations I was told that DOOR DASH fixes their drinks but that is NOT UBER EATS!
