We went to the drive thru and ordered 2- Regular Western Bacon Cheese Burgers. Time to wait was about normal. We got to the window and were promptly given our food. The bag held two wrapped burgers so we headed back home. When we arrived at home and sat down to eat the WBCB, they had no hamburgers in them. Everything else but no burger. Now I'm upset because, My wife called me and asked if I could go get her something to eat. I decided to take time for a lunch with her. 20 minutes to pick her up drive to CJ and order and bring home. 20 mins to eat. 10 minutes to get back. An hour was what I figured. Now I have to drive back. There goes the "only an hour" lunch break. 20 minutes to go back. Not to mention the extra gas it took to go back. When I got there the Manager, and or Managers, would not come out to assist me even though I could hear them asking, "What's wrong with him? They offered no sympathy, no sorry, no compensation, not even 'Can we offer you a drink while your waiting', would you like some fries on us so help say we're sorry, nothing. When someone finally did show up to the register after 5 minutes of standing at a the counter, he looked at the Carl's Jr sake in my hand he said 'what do you want?' I told him I would, at LEAST, like for then to make 2 new hamburgers. Correct this time. After a LOT of mumbling and whispers he brought me the two hamburgers and said there you go. I told him I wasn't very happy that no compensation or anything to try and keep the customer happy wasn't ever considered. I felt I was treated like they were upset with me for embarrassing them. The food was good but I can't take a chance that they will make me have to come back because of an issue. So i will probably not eat here regularly any more. Instead of $20 (1 hour's wages) and lunch with my wife. Happy good day! Instead $40 (2 hour's wages) Really rushed lunch with my wife. We're both upset. Get back to work and employees upset because we didn't get finished and now we are behind. Thanks for nothing Carl Maybe you should hire managers who understand how easy it is to keep people happy. I went to use my Carl's Jr app, and found out that they changed the entire app. And in so doing they stole all of my points. I use this app all of the time. No way anything could have expired. So that's what they're doing now , changing the apps and stealing your points!!!! I guess it's just the way the world is today now. Nobody gives a rat's ass!! No more Carl's Jr app we can X that one out! When you re-design and re-configure an app or a website, it only makes common sense to notify your app holders that there is a change coming. Instead, CJ decides to erase your account off of the app without notification and let you guess what happened. Went to their website and they don't even have a general complaintant section. They just think you're going to go there and complain about their restaurant. Not the case, the food is great the restaurant has been fantastic. Now it turns out it's the app. It's corporates IT department who has their head completely up you know what. So you have to fill out a form, go hungry meanwhile and wait for a wonderful response. I don't trust businesses anymore. Carl's Jr was fantastic years ago Carl karcher enterprises was fantastic. Looks like a sign of the times and we may see Carl's Jr go...
Read moreI have given this location several tries before moving to write a review on several occasions have I experienced an issues with them one time I ordered and and waited at window to pay for far too long a manger came to window and went to hand us our food as we tried to hand payment and he said they haven't even accepted your money yet why did I even hire them on a seperate occasion I stopped by to get some dinner after a long day of work was planning to grab a quick bite to eat and go to bed because I worked in the morning at 4 am and I place my order and didn't get to hear from them again till they forgot why I was at the window they opened up the window and said can I help you... this is 15 or so minutes after I have paid it took 30+ minutes to get my food 2 burgers and fries I got parked and got to watch them clear the rest of the drive through and lobby before I got my food I have more issues but I have said plenty your more likely to win big on a $1 scratcher then have a good experience here
