Food is usually good, but drive-thru service is getting worse with each visit.
On this most recent visit, they had 3 cars, including us, "pull forward" to let others come through the line of cars while we wait. Yeah, that sort of makes sense, and a lot of fast-food chains are doing this sort of thing now, right? But in this case, there was nowhere to pull forward to. This drive-thru is NOT designed for this sort of stunt. They did this too many times in a row this time, and there was nowhere to go. I informed them this, and they literally told me to honk and yell at the car in front of me to pull forward. I politely refused. So she sticks her head out the window and screams to the car in front of me to pull forward. They did, creating just enough room for me to pull around them, where I was instructed to go park in the adjacent dark alleyway. It was a cluster, at best. After waiting another 11 minutes in the creepy alleyway while everyone else before and after us in line were served, they eventually delivered our relatively small/simple meal (consisting of one of their chicken strip fill-up boxes and a couple Chicken Little sandwiches), and we got out of there.

   Read moreYou have to watch them very closely, on the bigger play you get one side and three entries for something like I split my side for chow mein and 1 entry for walnut shrimp another entry for teriyaki chicken and my final third entry for sweetened sour chicken then I ordered two chicken egg rolls and two cream cheese rolls my bill came to 35.00 dollars! On my bigger plate for $11.90 they charge me $5.40 for each one of my three entries that's supposed to come with my plate for free plus they never did put my two cream cheese rolls in my to go bag. Every time I leave there I'm always missing something and overcharged my fault..... I never checked my bag and I never checked my receipt before I leave but it's every time!!!! They have too many people handling their order and they get confused working at like a conveyor line too many too many people working on their order and writing on your containers and the person that rings out your order has no idea what she's bringing up!!! The place can be a major rip-off show me cautious when you order their watch them very close. I'll be so glad when that new buffet opens up! Won't have to deal with her...
   Read moreHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one knew what they were doing. I ordered on the app & had to wait in line behind other angry customers b4 me. After 10-15 minutes til I got to counter. The employee was like "oh! You're food has been sitting here the whole time. There was also a promotion for free chicken nuggets with $10 order. I didn't receive then either. Had to argue with manager about it. U would think for Customer Service happiness she would've just gave them to me to make a customer happy If I didn't grow up loving KFC I would NEVER come back. I have had same customer service problems in Havasu which is also one of your stores. Complained all the way up to the Manager who runs both stores. She was soooooooo not about Customer Service at all. I don't know what's going on with Service now a days! What ever happened to making sure every customer leaves happy and with a positive experience. I've been in restaurant management for 40 years including owning my own restaurant for 15 years.
