The place seems pretty new. Comfortable beds, nice rooms. On my visit, upon check in, I like to turn the TV on to check weather conditions present and future. Turned it on, and could not get any channels. Called the front desk and the girl stated that this hotel does not have channel service and that I needed to use Youtube via my login on Google or Netflix, etc. I didn't want to do that on a TV that was not mine, so I went 2 days without. Upon getting into the elevator to head down to breakfast, one of the front desk employees was in the elevator and asked if how my stay was going. I told her fine, except for the TV channel thing. She confirmed, yes we just got all our flatscreens replaced and are waiting for the service. Breakfast is "AWFUL" here. Cold boiled eggs are all you have in the egg selection. The hotel photos on the website shows a healthy plate of nice scrambled eggs, but there were none. Sausage was cut into pieces/half and were cold. No cereal, so if you have kiddos that want cereal, you're out of luck. The only warm item is the waffle you make. Fruit bowl had mushy mellon pieces, which I spit out. The guy next to me in the breakfast line asked the girl working where the eggs were and she said "there are no eggs." Coffee was great. Going back to my room, I went to the shower and upon getting out, the towel I grabbed had blood stains on it. (pictures). Went to exchange it later with the cleaning lady and she apologized. After getting home, I contacted La Quinta cooperate and told them of the TV situation, breakfast etc. and wanted a credit of some sort. The General Mgr. (so she stated) called me and told me the TV service had 40+ channels and asked me "are you an adult?" and told me I just didn't know how to work it. As for the breakfast, she said "the breakfast is fine." After arguing with her and asking for her name, she would only give me her first name, let's call her "V", she said she was going to file "Trespassing" charges against me and have me thrown out if I ever book this hotel again. I asked to speak to someone else, and she told me just to call the number I called before (La Quinta Cooperate) or send them another email with the "30 other emails" I sent before!" I sent two originally, one with photos and the other with the complaint. I was contacted by Wyndom Customer Care and offered reward points to apply to another stay. I told them I would rather have a credit as I probably won't be staying again.. They replied back and told me that since I booked through a third party(Booking.com/Southwest) that I would have to contact them for a credit. Now, I could really care less about the credit, but when I go back in the fall for work, I will stay there again just to see if the problem are solved with the TV, breakfast is better as shown on photos, and see if the General Mgr. "V" will file charges of trespassing on me. Then, I'm sure a credit and lawsuit will be issued. My advice to travelers lookin to book this hotel, is to call the hotel in advance, and ask if the TV service is up an running, and ask for her name. Also ask for the breakfast items. The first two photos are what you see on all websites of the breakfast. There are no scrambled eggs or cereal as the photos show. And if the TV was operational as the General Mgr. "V" stated, why don't they turn it on for the guests at breakfast(3rd photo). Last photo is room TV that I could not get to work because I am...

Read moreWe did the pre check in which was of no use at all. When we arrived we had to do it all over again. The receptionist was is nastiest and rudest we had ever experienced at the many, many La Qunitas we have been to. Most La Quintas are cordial and helpful and accommodating. Not this one. I had just had surgery on my back and my husband went into the hotel to check in. He is a disabled Vietnam Veteran with all the necessary credentials for the service dogs, which he presented at check in. The receptionist demanded that I get out of the car and come into the hotel to sign paperwork. I was confused as to why it was needed and because of my surgery, It was difficult to get out of the car without assistance. We were about to leave and go to a different hotel because of her nastiness, but we were tired after having driven so long. In the middle of the night, the receptionist chose to charge my card $25 twice for “deposits” without telling us. Of all the LQ hotels we have never been charged for service dogs. The ADA protects Disabled Veterans from been taken advantage of. In all the LQ hotels we have been to we have NEVER NOT been informed of any extra charges or deposits. We have never been charged or even questioned about service dogs. We have many trips coming up to visit a sick family member in Las Vegas and we will never, ever stay at this hotel again until they have a change of staff and a change of their crooked a deceitful policies. We plan to report them to the ADA. The hotel is new, the room was clean. We asked for a room on the first floor and were denied because they had “only 5 rooms”. We are Gold Members and asked for the 1:00 check out (we had advance reservations) and were denied because they “ran out of late check outs”. (?) Since we are both disabled, we requested a special room. The shower had no pressure so I tried to adjust the shower head. The adjustment was over 6 feet up. I am 5’ 4” and nearly slipped and fell trying to reach it. So I called my husband for help. He is 5’11” and he could barely reach it. Mind you, this is a room for people who need accommodations. This is a hotel that takes advantage guests because they are not in a destination location. They know most people are passing through. Most guests are likely walk-ins they can take advantage of. We are not. We travel this route often from Flagstaff to visit family and for business. This will be the last place we ever stay in when we are here. The management of this hotel, I noticed, uses the same canned response for every guest. They obviously do not care. Reading the other remarks, it’s clear that they spy on the guests, but not for safety, since guests have had their cars stolen, they spy to see if they can charge the guests more money. That’s pathetic.
