Sean is amazing!! His customer service skills are awesome. He knows how to take care of his customers. He treats you like family to ensure you get what you need. We had a bit of trouble with getting our order filled through the LA warehouse. Our delivery was scheduled for Monday. Monday came and they were forgetting parts, I had to call Sean to let him know what was going on. He instructed me on what to do and ensure me that he will get it fixed and I will be on the next soonest delivery as soon as the parts are found. The following they were found and we were scheduled for a Wednesday. Wednesday came only for them to come and they had the parts that were missing but now they were missing the parts to put the bed back together. At this point I was about to lose my mind. We have been sleeping on the floor because we had just moved in the night before Monday and we were looking forward to sleeping on a base and not the floor. I once again and to call Sean and explain what happened. He instructed me on what to do and was bale to fix the problem and replace the base. He was amazing handling everything he even through in a free gift for the trouble we were having with delivery. We appreciate it!! Finally Friday came we get the base and it's amazing and it's great to not be sleeping on the floor, but once again for the 3rd time the LA warehouse made a mistake on the pillows we had gotten. I couldn't believe that it happened for a 3rd time. I let Sean know and he helped me solve it. Let me tell you for having all these problems with delivery, Sean was there with me every step of the way and ensured me he will get things fixed handled and delivered. I felt so bad for as many times as I had to call him but he didn't mind as long as he could help nad make at the very end I was taking care. Thank You Sean! You made the experience a good one. when I purchased my mattress, I was going to pay cash. The sales representative informed me that they had a program for financing at 0% for a promotional period. I asked if I chose not to pay it off by the end of the promotional period would they retroactively charge me the interest from the purchase date or would the interest start at the end of the promotion period? I was told they wouldn’t. I just received my statement in the mail saying that they would retroactively charge me all the interest that I didn’t pay. I was able to pay the balance and shut the account down. before I was charged an additional $800 for interest. I know I am fortunate to be able to do that but other families may not be When the mattress arrived to my home, I found that they did not send the correct mattress. when I went back into the store, the representative was short and rude with me. He told me it was my fault. The mattress that I wanted and agreed to cost more now. I was charged the difference on top of a restocking fee to get the correct mattress. I feel like they told me what I wanted to hear so they can make the sale. I will never use this company again and I will tell my family...

Looked at a few mattresses and reviews online before calling Mattress Firm in Kingman AZ. I called the store prior to my visit and spoke with Sean he was very polite and took the time to listen for what I was wanting in a mattress and the price range I was comfortable spending. Once I arrived at the store I was immediately greeted and welcomed to the store by Sean himself. Sean took the initiative prior to me arriving at the store and had about 5 mattress in mind for me to look at and try out every mattress was within or below my price range that I had said over the phone. I Did not feel any pressure to get any mattress during my visit nor was Sean trying to upsell me at anytime. Sean was very knowledgeable and patient with any questions I had. The mattress I ended up buying was only 200 more than I was looking to spend (my idea) only because I had a certain mattress height preference. Over all I was very happy with my choice and was very happy with the friendly and professional service Sean provided.
