By 10 o'clock am on a Monday this Restaurant was not open. Register had not been open'd. As well as some of the food was not prepared. This including Teriyaki Ch and Chow Main Noodle's. I wanted both of those things. Chow main was done in a few mins but, Teriyaki would be (according to them) another 10 mins. It was already 10:12am. Instead, i order a Steak and Mushroom dish. I also asked for a side of Teriyaki sauce. Instead, i get Soy sauce and chili sauce. Was made aware of this after i got home. (Went back) When i walked in, the young lady standing at the counter(Brenda) looks up and then processed to look down "fixing" a coin Machine. She leaves me standing there and never greats me as i am now right in front of her. I get her attention by saying "are you going to be the one that helps me?" Brenda replies "I was trying to fix the coin machine" Me: "and not even acknowledge the customer?" Brenda: "I don't know why you are coming at me?" Me: "excuse me!" Brenda: " i don't know why your coming at me like that" Me: because, i watched you see me enter the restaurant and you look down and processed to ignore me, like you don't see me standing right in front of you.. acknowledge the customer" Brenda: Can i help you?" Me: "yes,you can get me someone else" A young man by the name of "Saul"( not sure of the spelling) Comes from a back rm and processed to help me. He took care of the problem i was having by giving me what i had originally asked for and then apologizing for any inconvenience i may have experienced. If not for Brenda's bad attitude and lack of concern for the customer, i probably would not be writing this review. We(as employee's, are not always prepared for the customers like we would like to be but,i do know that it's our attitude that can make or break the situation. Sincerely...
Read moreAs a DoorDasher, I cannot emphasize enough on how poor their customer service was towards us me today. This has happened to me once in the past as well here. An order I was picking up was ready and on the stands there ready for pickup and most of the employees there saw me and knew I was there to pick up a dash order and only ignored me, this went on for several minutes of just being started at and not helped, I decided to pick up the food myself, knowing that I had the correct order and was taking a picture of the receipt. Only for one of the employees that's tall with blond hair and glasses to walk up to me to say I can't do that. But she couldn't walk up to me earlier to give me my order. Us Dashers are not getting paid for waiting long. Plus the customer's food is getting cold the longer it sits there. We take the hit when it's the restaurant's fault. Usually the employees there would quickly come to ask me who am I picking up for but apparently this time they decided to just stare at me waiting there. I would say that the manager has to make sure we're being tended to with the same amount of attention as the regular customers eating there at the restaurant. Had I not gotten the food myself, who knows how long I would've been standing there waiting for an order that was already done and getting colder...
Read moreI don’t know if this is true, but the employees at this Panda Express really seem to enjoy working there. I usually hit the drive thru and the guy that’s at the window is so nice, polite and professional. He always emailed, make sure you got what you ordered and offers extras (sauces). Besides all that, PE is just about the best Chinese restaurant in town.
UPDATE: I literally used a 1/8 tank of gas while in line at the drive through. First I waited about 6 minutes to get up to place the order, then another 6-7 minutes waiting for the food. There were about 10 - 12 cars in the line. Once I got the food and got home, it was fair. I’ve had better here for sure. No sign of any manager, just teenagers working. I don’t get it. The food is already cooked. All they have to do is dish it up and bring it to the window. There weren’t many cars parked for the inside either. No apology , “sorry for your wait”, nothing. I will be thinking twice before going back.
Also - stop overcooking the egg rolls. They are close to being burnt. And this is every single time. Set the cook timer for two minutes less and they will be fine. Panda Express has gone down hill in the...
