Traditional Italian food at Garibaldi’s Italian Cuisine right here in Kingman, so whether you live here or are visiting this is a must try restaurant. #GaribaldisItalianCuisine#GaribaldisKingmanAZ#ItalianFoodKingman#BestMeatBallSandwichInKingman#ItalianFoodNearMe

Upscale restaurant in every way. Beautiful repurpose of an historic building. Service was outstanding & personal. Food was excellent & authentic. Bruschetta is very authentic. Caesar Salad was crisp & ice cold, the best we've had. Spaghetti and meatballs were flavorful and delicious, with a good sized portion. The fillet with balsamic glaze was cooked to my preference and very tender... Excellent beef. The risotto the best I've ever had. The broccoli done in a way I had not had, excellent taste & flavor. And for desert? The Tiramisu was melt in your mouth delicious. Expect to pay a little more, but the value of everything as a whole is well worth it. Reservations recommended, and the Beef Wellington it needs to be ordered 24 hrs in advance.

The servers were excellent, the entire staff was absolutely lovely, and all of them were very on the ball! It was not a long wait for anything, and everyone was very attentive. The steak and the rack of Lamb were delicious, but the spaghetti with meat balls were sadly rather watery and bland. There were no paintings on the wall or any music playing (that I heard), so everyone's conversations echoed the entire time, and the atmosphere of the building itself felt rather cold (not temperature wise, just not cozyband welcoming) and slightly depressing. The wine and beer selection is nice, but I personally was sad they didn't have a full bar to enjoy a basic cocktail with my dinner.

This 2 star review is based on my most recent visit compared to my original 5 star experience a year prior. If I was to rate it as if I had never been there before with no expectations, I would probably give it a 3 to 4 stars. But since the whole reason we went back was to receive the wonderful experience we had the first time, I felt it was only fair to review based on that.

Atmosphere. This is my only negative complaint I had the fist time as well as this time. There is no decor, which is fine, and elegant, except the walls are rough and due to the lack of decor it is very very loud and echoes. This makes it hard to enjoy the conversation at the table. They were busy both times and although that is awesome, it is a small space, therefore adds to the loudness.

Specials. The server read the specials so fast that we had to ask him to repeat it 3 times. In the past, the specials were exactly that. Special. The entire meal was special. Special salad and entree. Although the specials were not to par of our first visit. We still ordered them.

Service. The service has gone down hill. Our server was decent, but nothing at all what you would expect at a place like this. Maybe at chilli's. His first words when he walked to the table "What drinks ya like". The other server I saw, who also sat us, spoke and acted as if he was in a high class atmosphere. His appearance on the other hand, once again was as if he belonged at somewhere more casual. In our first experience, everyone was extremely proper, polite, and extremely professionally dressed. We didn't have to wait to be seated, checked on regularly and drinks received and refilled in a timely manner. This was not the case this time. Was not awful , but once again, not something we had expected here.

Food. We ordered the bruschetta as a starter. On our previous visit it was amazing, with a large helping, and displayed beautifully. This time was not the case. We received very little in a small container on the side with bread on the plate. It was still decent, just not enough there to enjoy it.

My wife got the low carb special. Steak chicken and asparagus. It was room temperature when we received it. I was disappointed in the amount of food she received. My wife on the other hand did get full. The chicken was nearly perfect and some of the best chicken I have had. The asparagus was good. Not great, but asparagus is one of those items that different people like different ways. Just not the way I would prefer it but the flavor was good. We would order the chicken and asparagus again. The steak on the other hand, was aweful. Dry, extremely over cooked, and flavorless. Super disappointing. This was the only item we did not like at all.

I got the ultimate philly. On my previous visit I got the regular philly. I loved it the first time. This time, it came out extremely hot. I also mention this because the other entree was room temp. Unfortunately it was not great. I remember the other one being amazing. Maybe my memory is playing tricks, but I assume he changed the recipe. I only ate half at the restaurant but ate the other half about 8 hours later. The other half tasted much better. Not sure why but it had alot more flavor. I personally would not order it again. Not because it was bad, but because i could get a cheaper one with the same flavor elsewhere.

Lastly. We greatly enjoyed ourselves the first time. This time we were ready to leave. Not that anything ( but the steak) was really bad. Just so disappointing the experience was not as good as before. Not that it really matters, but on our first visit the chef would come out every 20 min or so and speak to every table. This was a nice touch. Did not come close to feeling as welcomed this time.

If this would be your first time it is worth the visit. If it's been awhile, lower your expectations before you go. We do plan to go back, but may...

So the chef wasn't there. In my opinion the restaurant should run the same with just the wife there. Hummm, nope. Water was great. No weird taste. Salad was good. Service was good except the young staff don't really have good training. Ordered a rare steak it came well done. Price of steak was 5.00 more than the menu displayed. Rib eye was overcooked and paper thin folded over a slop of mashed potatoes. Asparagus was excellent. Too bad I didn't get to eat it. They took my plate away twice and then returned it after removing the mess of a rib eye. I guess they expected me to eat the cold potatoes and asparagus alone while waiting for another steak to come out. On top of all this....they didn't put in my order with my friends so we could be served at the same time. I excused myself from the restaurant. Before leaving I went to the restroom only to find no toilet paper in the stalls. Thank goodness for toilet seat covers. This was a terrible experience and to think it was 42.00 for that paper cut rib eye. The appetizer tasted like something out of the freezer. Oh well. One and done! I do not recommend...

We were doing a road trip and passing by on our way to Vegas and stopped here for lunch. We had angel hair with garlic herb and shrimp and a low carb dish with asparagus. Also a garlic bread and a cheesy garlic bread. Everything was truly delicious, specially the garlic herb sauce which was spectacular. One of the best I’ve had anywhere and I’m a big fan of Italian food and have it often! It’s a shame I don’t live nearby and I don’t know if or when I’ll get to have this wonderful food again! But I’ve marked this place on my Google maps as a favourite.

We met the chef/owner as well and aside from being an obviously talented cook he’s super friendly and likes to know his customers, always a sign of a special business in my opinion.

The service was honest (we didn’t get there until 1:40pm and we were told that they close at 2pm but would be happy to serve us if we thought we could be done by then) and super fast, so we were able to be done by 2pm, as promised. The prices are so reasonable as well.

I would give this wonderful restaurant 10 stars if I could. I can’t recommend it...
