There's always something wrong when I go. While we were playing, their system kept shutting down. Also, we would start bowling, hit some pins down for the first throw and then it would bring down a whole new set of pins and mess up the pounts. Lady said it was just glitches in the system that she couldn't do anything about. Would give a 1 star if i could. Also, have issues with their bar. Lady who owns it is racist so if your colored don't go! My black friend put on some bad bunny from their jukebox that he paid for and she came over to our table and pointed at my friend yelling at him saying he shouldn't be putting on music like that cuz she don't understand it and queued a bunch of country songs so we couldn't listen to the songs that he paid for. Worst...

It would have been a five star review, but you let the best bartender walk out, my favorite part about coming back to the bowling alley was to see Bailey, it took me almost 8 yrs to come back into that place. Now y'all lost me again, sad really. The bubbly personality, attentiveness to detail, and the way she made you feel like you belong there was absolutely the best thing I've seen there in awhile. Always perfect with the drinks, serving, and customer service was above and beyond. I went to go back in and I was told she no longer works there. That truly sucks. You've had some decent bartenders and it's been awhile since last time, and when I found a perfect one, y'all let her...

Arcade games don't work and they know it. My son and I tried to play several games, the games steal the quarters but don't register the coins, so you can't play. It's no wonder management has signs posted everywhere saying they will not refund money for broken games. Even the glowstick we bought out of the vending machine didn't glow!!! There is no information posted to call a vendor for a refund either. At least they could unplug the games that are broken so families dont waste their money! It's sad because there isn't anywhere to take kids on a Friday night in Kingman. Don't waste your time or money...
