I was blown away by the service by one Young Lady’s attitude n non professionalism! Just horrible! Stopped in this morning for early lunch on our way bk home to NM. My request to get hot fries was a bad mistake! The “fry girl” was making batches at a time and letting them sit! When my food was ready she handed me Cold Fries with a big attitude! I requested she give me fresh n hot she grabbed my fries and literally threw the so called hot new fry basket at me! I pushed them bk at her n said, please give me some fresh fries! She again got another basket of Cold fries slid them on the counter n walked away! I was LIVID! I said to her “u eat those” and walked away! I found a Mgr I explained the situation he didn’t seem to care! After spending 50+$ here! (Probably his dtr or granddaughter) he was kind and brought me fresh fries! I will NEVER stop there again while traveling! Even if it’s the only food for miles! The food was GROSS! The attitudes were bad! I must say the young man taking our order was so kind n apologetic for the girl’s disrespect! Must say, Im NOT looking forward to the new In N Out in NM! They can have their chain! We will keep our Lotta Burgers with Green Chili! They can have their so called Special Sauce! (I mean it’s only a copy cat of Mc Donald’s Thousand Island Dressing 😂) AVOID THIS PLACE IF...

I love In-N-Out burgers! I love looking forward to coming out west and making it my first stop for food with my family. Usually, every single time it's delicious and exactly the way I remember it... But this location I'd never go back to! This location made 3 mistakes on 2 hamburger orders in a row, with a Manger cooking the last 2 so there wouldn't be any mistakes, making our visit longer than expected and just miserable. 1st mistake was a huge one! We asked for a special order (just exactly what we do each time without incident) and informed them of a serious dairy allergy that couldn't have milk, cheese or any other dairy touching the order. When we got burger, it had a broken patty (that was unappealing!) and we saw cheese on part of it! I took it back, asked for a manager and he said he'd personally remake it as ordered. The next one came out with sauce on it, which we requested no-sauce! He took it again & remade it. By this time the rest of us had eaten our food & the fries were getting cold. My burger was ordered with light sauce and came out with extra sauce! Just not a pleasant experience all around & almost ended up with my child needing her EPI pen if she hadn't opened up her 1st burger & seen the cheese! Poor...
