Ordered the Philly cheesesteak ciabatta (whole) a smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich (whole), and a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. When I went to the window, after I paid, I was notified that they didn't have the right bread for the BBQ sandwich, so we chose another one, then they told us they didn't have the broccoli cheddar soup, which was really the entire reason for going there, so I order the French onion soup in its place. I asked before hand if cheese came on it and they said they could put Asiago cheese which was what they normally put on their soups if requested, but I told them I don't like Asiago and if they could instead put mozzarella, they said "let me see what I can do" and then came back to the window with our order bagged and ready to go. The lady at the window said, "sorry we couldn't put Mozzarella cheese on it so we just put Asiago cheese." So I pulled over to check the food after pulling away from the drive-thru and my Philly cheesesteak sandwich literally had like barely any meat on it at all (the tiniest layer of meat and a handful of the tiniest sauted vegitables), the soup sucked because it had Asiago cheese which totally ruined the taste of the French onion soup, and they picked the bagged chips for us instead of letting us choose for ourselves. Horrible experience. A waste of almost $40, and for absolutely nothing. This is the worst branch ever. Going to complain to the manager. I was traveling from VA to FL in pouring rain and storms and in a hurry or else I would have went back in to cancel the entire order....

I donât know what the heck is going on at this Panera but you guys seriously need to fire the new people that have been hired in the past 2-3 months and get new members all together or hire the old team back. My fiance and I have been ordering from here for over a year, every time itâs always been PERFECT, never had a single issue⌠That all changed about 3ish months ago, our order is wrong EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. We have a 7 month old who is teething and I just had surgery on my knee so we frequently just order delivery and we love Panera, we order from here sometimes 2-4 times a week. We only requested a refund once but we have easily had about 8-9 completely incorrect orders. But, even when the item is correct, Iâm still missing dressing or thereâs almost no lettuce⌠IN MY SALAD⌠how you screw up this consistently I have no idea. Itâs beyond frustrating. I spoke with the manager like two weeks ago and he was extremely nice and recognized that there was a problem and he assured me that he was on top of it but sadly we havenât noticed any improvement. We live in a really small town so there arenât a ton of healthy restaurant options to eat at when we just are a bit too tired to cook so we REALLY hope our Panera gets it together! I know if we are complaining then that means we arenât the only ones...

Cashier weâve had every time doesnât seem like they want to be there, doesnât ask if youâre ready to order, didnât seem to want to answer our questions or help us clarify any confusion, after taking payment didnât offer receipt. Only one person In the kitchen area seemed happy to help when we had an issue with our order (both recent visits), all others seemed intent on avoiding chance of making eye contact. And Iâm not one to complain in general. We were just new so asking questions, we didnât know what things were or who to ask about issues with the order. We were also given an alert device for when our food was ready and it was not used to alert us, instead our name was called out. Our most recent visit we did the ordering on the nearby tablets since there was already a line at the cashier (eventually a 2nd cashier came to assist by starting another line). We opted for the text alert when food was ready which was helpful.
Overall, if you plan to go, go with someone already familiar with the menu & what everything is vs trying to ask staff. Or maybe download the app and familiarize yourself with the items ahead of time & order ahead or order on the dining room tablets.
