i have to rate all how i did for MANY factors. i went into the stone drive location. i tell there was friction there as an employee and manager where having a discussion in the front. when that happens i usually leave as with my luck? something will get screwed up .i decided to place the order inside. ordered the 2 for 5 whopper jr's. 2 two of them. 1 was bacon swiss, other just bacon. BOTH no lettuce no mayo, extra ketchup. well, only the swiss had bacon on it, both no extra ketchup. the jr's itself? they are NOW the size of the croisanwiches. hardly anything inside as well at ths time. the patty? the patty is almost as thin and in size to a frozen white castle burger. difference? BK bun is a tad larger. so youre eating all bread pretty much. i ordered a medium fry unsalted. i watched the woman fill the fries, she caught the mistake of them almost being salted, which is good, however, i would have liked her to give me the medium fry i paid for. i had, and yes i did count. 11 fries total in the fry container when i returned home and opened the bag. also, NO i did NOT eat any fries on the way home. why do they never fill the fries up? is it they are trying to conserve cost? or is the employee too much in a RUSH to fill and go to next order. well, soon as i was handed my bag, that was it and she was on to the next. not even asked do i want this or that such as ketchup or sauce for nuggets. no, i assumed all was in the bag i can need. now see this is my issue for ASSUMING as we all know what that means. i should have checked the order before i left but didnt. also as i was leaving? a customer refunded his food order. he ordered, went to sit down and eat, HIS order was wrong as well. i said oh great, here we go. instead i had confidence my order would be correct and left. welp, i was wrong as here i am now writing this for others to be aware of. i am not dumping on the location, i am dumping on the company itself as well as some whom may make or take the orders. comprehension and communication is key. here are the pictures of the items i ordered and took out of the bag as soon as i got to where i...
Read moreI was yelled at by an female that worked there about someone cursing her boyfriend that also works there. I told her it was not me. Then I was looking at my phone's Burger King app when the manager Whitney yelled saying " YOU can't just hang out here" I told her I was using the app to order. But then after being treated with no kindness, no respect, and terrible customer service I decided to leave. As I was leaving I ran in to a cop. Read moreI stopped at this Burger King on 12/19/22 at around 5:00pm and ordered dinner from the drive thru. I decided to try the new Italian chicken sandwich. They didn’t bother to tell me that they would have to cook the chicken first and ordered me to pull around and park which greatly irritated me because I didn’t have time to sit there and also I do not like chicken when it’s fresh out of the fryer. When they brought me my food finally, my onion rings were cold but that chicken patty on my sandwich was so hot that it completely disintegrated the cheese and when I bit into it, it had that tough muscle texture.
