Just Poke Kirkland — Restaurant in Kirkland

This was my first tome ever having poke so I needed a lot of help with the menu throughout the process.

After waiting for the 1 person working to finish cleaning duties (you are supposed to stop immediately, wash up and help the customer), he finally came over after about 4 minutes. He did not even acknowledge us until he came over although it was obvious we were there

He then just assumed I new everything I wanted and was slightly annoyed that I didnt. After helping me with the first choice, another woman came out to finish helping me and she was definitely annoyed with all of my questions. Wow. The reason you have a job is because you have customers. No customers, no business, no job.

I then asked for water and was pointed to the large water jug...which when I got to it did not have any cups, so I had to wait for them to finish with a customer who was also new and taking a really long time to ask for a cup. He said they were supposed to be out there. Maybe he should have been refilling things customers needed than the deep cleaning he seemed to be doing upon arrival

My food was just ok. Definitely not worth going through that so I wont return

Businesses need to realize with high food prices, we will be more selective with where we go and I am not giving my business to this type which lacks customer care

The restaurant was clean though. At least that is one...

(Update) The last time I went to this location I ordered avocado because they asked and then they told me it was a dollar more. They gave me half an avocado which is fine. Then when I got to the end of the poke bar I asked for crab and a worker named Justin came up from one of the previous customers to the worker helping me and said I could not have crab because I am filling the bowl too much. The one time I get avocado I am told I am filling the large bowl too much in front of a line of customers. When I tried to explain that this never happened before now he said you can have one more item and dismissed me with a look of disgust on his face. I have been telling so many people about this place and invite friends from out of town to go at least 5 or 6 times a year. Fortunately as previously posted I have had so many great experiences there I will try not let one employee spoil it entirely. Another thing that I noticed is that they changed their bowls to a smaller size recently. I would not care as much about that if this employee did not come and say you are having too much for the bowl. (8 months ago) I have nothing but great experiences here. The staff are really fun and friendly and they easily have the tastiest custom poke bowl experience. That's why they open like 3 new stores every year because they are just fantastic. Please keep setting the bar...

I ordered for delivery a few months ago and when I got the food I wasn’t really happy with it but wrote it off as maybe it was just because it was for delivery that it wasn’t fresh or good tasting so I decided to come in person this time. I should have trusted the first failed attempt at getting food from this place. I tried to order a make your own bowl and it took me 4+ times of pointing at the giant sign for them to realize I wanted to pick my own contents, throughout picking everything I had to repeat myself multiple times. The fish looked not great and were just in bulk metal bins for them to use an ice cream scoop to scoop it on. Finally when I paid for my extremely over priced $20 bowl and was able to eat it I noticed it had very little flavor and not a lot of meat for the price. After eating I got extremely bad stomach pain. I will not be trying a third time and I definitely do not recommend this place. Way over priced and food will possibly give you...
