I picked up a mixed chicken and beef shawarma sandwich and a guava sparkling drink. They have a variety of drink and the guava drink was delicious.
The sandwich (wrap), however made me sick. About an hour or so after eating my wrap, I was on the toilet and vomiting at the same time. Sorry for the TMI. The kid who took my order was on the phone the entire time with a woman who also speaks his language. He did not wear gloves until some point while he was prepping my food. He also did not wash his hands after I watched him touch money and hold his greasy phone the entire time. He placed his phone while a person was on speaker on the food prep station where the container of fixings are kept. Then even after he put gloves on, a family walked in and asked if he had change. He shoved his hand that had gloves on halfway prepping me food into the tip jar grabbing cash and coins. Then he used those same gloved hands to go back into prepping my food. As I watched him and the cleanliness of the kitchen was questionable. At this point you’d probably wonder why I didn’t leave or why I even ate the food - It was expensive. If I hadn’t paid already, I would have left. A drawer under the stove was opened where the beef was and that drawer, at first, I thought it was a waste bin, but then when the beef was taken out of it, I was appalled. I’m open minded and I think sometimes mom and pop shops with a little questionable kitchen condition sometimes makes for the best food. Unfortunately, this was not one of those places. The guy continued to talk on the phone with the woman on speaker, gave a friendly goodbye as he placed my food on the counter. I took it home to eat and shortly got sick.
At the prices and after my experience, I won’t return and it’s just not my cup of tea. But it might be great for...

I recently had the pleasure of ordering food from Falafel Fresh for a special birthday celebration at Blush Hookah Lounge in Kirkland, Seattle. My brother, visiting from Vegas, was in town for his birthday, and we wanted to surprise him with a memorable party. With the challenge of catering to guests who preferred Halal food, we were fortunate to discover Falafel Fresh.
Yosief, the wonderful individual I coordinated with for the event at Blush, recommended Falafel Fresh for their delicious Halal Mediterranean cuisine. From the moment I reached out to them, the team at Falafel Fresh was incredibly understanding and accommodating. They grasped the significance of the celebration for me and went above and beyond to fulfill all my expectations.
The food was delivered to the party location at Blush on time, and I was thoroughly impressed with the packaging. Each dish was carefully prepared, packed, and accompanied by plates, spoons, forks, and a delightful assortment of sauces. The flavors were exceptional, and every bite was a true delight for the taste buds.
I cannot recommend Falafel Fresh enough for their outstanding service, delicious Halal Mediterranean cuisine, and attention to detail. If you are looking for a restaurant that truly cares about making your event special, look no further than Falafel Fresh. Thank you for helping make my brother's birthday celebration a...
Read moreI was a little disappointed to say the least, We came super excited to try this restaurant, from the photos, it looked like everything is going to be delicious and fresh. The falafel sandwich was just ok, missed on the crunch and flavor. The tahini was ok as well, nothing great. My husband ordered a beef and chicken shawarma. The fries did not taste fresh, and were lacking flavor. The price was the most expensive between all the Mediterranean restaurants. We ordered 2 combos and one extra sandwich which was the falafel, a side of 4 pieces of cauliflower, 2 pieces of Baklava and rice pudding. We paid a whopping $93 for everything. This was the most I have ever paid at Mediterranean restaurant, for the least amount of food. We have been eating in a lot of other places and for what we ordered, it would have been $60 at most. Also disappointed by their selection of sodas. All of the knock off brands, nothing like Pepsi or Coca Cola. The person who took our order was nice, but not the most attentive. The most disappointing thing was the price. We could have eaten a dinner in a fine restaurant for that price. Of course I paid because I would’ve been embarrassed to walk away after ordering. This was the first and last time I will ever go there. Just to break it down to you, $26 for a sandwich, fries and a drink. You can find other places that will charge $16-$18 for the same thing with much...
