If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an online order through their site which specifically told me my order would be on the shelf labeled pick up for online/website orders. When I walked in, I did not see a bag there so I sat and waited for about 20 minutes. No pick up bags on the shelf still. I then saw a worker place a bag that had been sitting on the counter for phone orders over on the shelf for Uber pick up orders. Since my order was an online/website order I definitely would not think that is my order since it was placed on the Uber side, not the online/website side. I got sick of waiting so I went to ask if they had an ETA since it said my food was supposed to be done about 20 minutes ago as I got closer, I saw my name on the bag for the Uber pick up side. The bag had sat at the phone order counter for about 10 minutes and then was moved to the Uber pick up for another 10 minutes all the while I’m sitting there waiting for my food to be put on the pick up order shelf. Maybe do what you say you’re gonna do on your website when people place orders. Never going back here again. I think the part that bothered me the most was that the girl that worked there made eye contact with me multiple times and never came to ask what my name was so she could give me an update on my order. I guess I could have asked sooner but part of the reason why people place online orders is to not have to interact with people. I talk to people all day long at work. I wanted to just grab my...
Read moreI recently visited Mendocino Farms in Kirkland, WA, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The décor is bright, modern, and cheerful, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal.
The menu offers a creative and diverse range of options, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. I tried the “Not So Fried” Chicken Sandwich and was blown away by the flavorful combination of crispy chicken, tangy mustard slaw, and pickled red onions. It was perfectly balanced and incredibly satisfying. The salads are equally impressive, made with fresh and vibrant ingredients that truly stand out.
What sets Mendocino Farms apart is the quality of the food and the thoughtful presentation. Everything is made fresh, and you can taste the care put into each dish. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about their menu, happy to offer recommendations or help with any dietary modifications.
The convenience of their order-ahead options and seamless takeout service is also a big plus, making it an excellent choice whether you want to dine in or grab something delicious on the go.
Overall, Mendocino Farms is a standout dining experience. If you’re in Kirkland and looking for flavorful, high-quality meals that are a cut above the rest, this place should be at the top...
Read moreMy partner and I had lunch here today, first time and sadly, likely the last. Its hip, fits into this mall area. Overall, a nice place but it took about 30minutes to get our lunch and they have a rule that it all must come out at once so my chicken pieces were cold by the time I got them. The employee at the register should be able to tell you an approx time for your meal. We had a Farm Club on GF Bread, which cost +$2.05 more for GF. Note: it was toasted and tore the inside of our mouth to pieces. Curious if it had to be toasted because the GF Bread was frozen? If not....maybe toast less for a more ++ experience for the diner. I got thr Modern Caesar which was interesting with toasted quinoa, a cool texture, plus a kids meal of Free Range Crispy Chicken which was tasty but cold as mentioned. The bill was $40.13!! The place is hopping, which must be good for biz. The staff we're friendly, offering us a drink to make up for the long wait (we didn't need one tho, thanks!). Oh.....lastly-be sure you have your phone because you need to scan the QR code on the table so they know where to...
