Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Kirkland

I was a regular customer here. I would by a pizza for my kids once a week or so. I recognize the owner and we would chat when he was in the store. I felt a loyalty because of they always did a great job for me. Recently, I had a larger order for a family event and wanted to give it to them to support their business, but one of the pizza’s (Garden Vegetarian) was not available online, so I figured I would just call in the order and they would treat me right since I am such a good customer …. I was wrong. The young person working there did just about everything he could to charge me full price which was over $65 for 3 take-and-bake cheese and vegetarian pizzas! I don’t know if its inexperience, a lack of skin in the game, attitude from a younger generation or what, but this is not how you treat a good customer if you wish to keep their business. Pizza is good if you are lucky enough to catch them when they are open or can answer the phone. It's the closest one to my house and seems like it is always closed well before closing time when I call. Nothing really to write home about. I mean, the vegetarian pizza was OK, the sauce was rather bland. For an eighteen dollar pizza I probably in the future will go another route.
