Subway — Restaurant in Kirkland

Such a horrible experience this evening after work. I walked into the store the worker was just plopped on the customer booth and said hello. I went up to the register expecting someone else to come out. He finally got off his phone and slowly made his way to the register I shared I would like an Italian herb and cheese six inch spicy Italian. He grabbed white bread instead and began to assemble until I realized that wasn’t the bread I asked for I politely said oh that’s the wrong bread I asked for Italian herb and cheese and he began to argue saying I asked you two times what you wanted and I said no that didn’t happen, I shared I wanted a six inch Italian herb and cheese spicy Italian. It was very awkward and he continued to argue even though he never place ingredients inside and only sliced the bread. I wish i brought my phone in with me to record this interaction I just wanted it to be over grab my sandwich and leave. Absolutely horrible customer service and no customer should feel leaser than or bullied. I will never come back to this location due to the treatment...

The guy the works here in the evening is really rude. He doesn’t know the meaning of costomer service. I am on a grain free diet to manage my diabetes. I love the meatballs. But I don’t exactly like them in my salad. I asked for a meatball salad. But asked him to make the salad and put the meatballs on side in a water cup or soup cup. I wanted my hot and cold separate. He acted like this was a totally unreasonable request and told me I could only have them in the salad or sandwich after arguing with him for awhile I finally got him to agree to put them in a water cup. He acted like it was somehow illegal to put meatballs in a water cup which is free anyways if you ask for water. What ever happened to the costomer is always right. I guess costomers arn’t a priority...

Bait and Switch. More and more Subways aren’t accepting coupons. They think it’s ok because they show a sign saying so. By the time you’re parked, in the store, smelling the bread, they know most people will order anyway. (I know the fine print shows at participating stores, but those were few and far between if ever. Now it’s more common.) I walked out and chose another sandwich shop based on principle. I thought ahead and took peoples orders on what we wanted, collected money based on the coupon price, only to be told coupons...
