Short story: Gave it another chance, still sucks.

I cannot believe how poorly they have been running this place for so long.

UPDATE SPRING 2024 After avoiding this place, I gave it another chance, and things got better for a little while! Unfortunately, it's back to being hit or miss on service and quality.

The staff are rude and the pizzas are never ready on time.

I've been getting pizza from here at least twice a month for quite a while but I've about hit my limit with how often the staff ignore and flat out avoid talking to any customers. Here's a hot take, if you don't like talking to customers, put the food in the pizza portal like you're supposed to.

I'm typing this up 10 minutes after receiving a notification that my pizza is ready for pick up but I still can't get anyone to give it to me, and the pizza portal is straight up empty.

On a different note quality is very hit or miss. Most of the time the pizza is extreme undercooked. Basically, get your pizza...

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE FEELING DISRESPECTED AND LEAVING EMPTY HANDED.

This was a horrible experience. I attempted to contact them in a spirit of kindness but left the interactions disrespected.

I ordered some pizzas for delivery through the website. Only half the order arrived and when I called to remedy the issue I was met with absolute disregard. I was told to come in TOMORROW to discuss what COULD be done since the manager wasn’t there so she couldn’t do anything today. I told them I had a party full of people who were hungry and wanted something tonight and asked what was their refund policy in response she remained silent. Throughout this I was put “on hold” but in actually she just put the phone down, I could hear the background noise. She would wait until I got tired and called back a second and third time. Then when I asked for her name and the managers name she refused to give their names and just remained silent on the line for at least 10mins...

I come lots of times here to eat pizza I always order vegetarian pizza like cheese pizza 8/5/25 today I come to eat same thing when I order cheese pizza I tell who's taking our food order he tow times I don't need any meat but when I go to pick my order this people give meat pizza I go to talk to Tham about our order they They are talking very rudely. And when I go to tell that person to call your manager? And when the manager also come the manager of the talk to me very rudely. I explain that my neighbor ordered me or nothing but he never listened to me and he's argued with me. I don't want to come back again on this place like a little Caesar pizza eyes. My heart is very nice company and nice toast. Pizza and everything, but I think your staff is never rude english very well. Do you have any issue with the ordering taking ordering?
