Azzula — Restaurant in Florida

Came here on vacation for dinner since we wanted to change up going to zimmies all the time, and since it’s advertised so nicely throughout the resort we gave it a try. The hamburgers tasted like frozen store bought meatballs with freezer burn, and they tasted nothing like Zimmies and Castaways. My family and I had severe bad gas and diarrhea after eating the food. Then a few days later we decided to try the breakfast before leaving to the airport, and OMG!! THE BACON WAS CLEARRRRRRRR! IT DIDNT EVEN LOOK LIKE BACON! Last time I checked bacon ain’t supposed to be clearish yellow. Totally gross. And if you were wondering, “could it possibly get any worse?” Then I’m here to tell you, yes! It can! The French toast was oozing water or some type of liquid, didn’t taste like any French toast I’ve ever had. It had more of a texture like a smoothie instead of French toast but idk if that’s how people make it in Florida, but it sure ain’t appetizing to me. I wish we went to like Waffle House or IHOP instead for breakfast, and for dinner, go to Zimmies or Castaways, their food tastes the same and...

Went in to get food. Was explained to scan the barcode on table to order. Okay, we do so. Over 30 minutes go by and no drinks, with no other customers in the restaurant. They act like they are checking and then say oh we don’t have anything. It didn’t print to the back. Meanwhile they have been watching us sit there and wait with kids for nothing. They clearly did it so they didn’t have to work and make our food. Watched us sit there and we’re really that rude they couldn’t even do their job. Do not waste your money here. The woman behind the counter was even laughing. There was nothing funny about thinking your food is coming and nothing. I wouldn’t come back here if it was the last place in Orlando...

First off you have to take into account this is a "Resort Bar" you don't pay for what you get, you pay for the convenience that the bar is 4' from the pool. Always typically get good service, just like anywhere else in this area you may get service quickly or you may be waiting 10-15 minutes for anyone to notice you. The staff service is 50/50 some times you get the over achiever that knows your on vacation and will go the extra mile to make sure you're happy, and you get the ones who are just begging for a good Tip and could care less about what experience you have while you are at...
