Denny's — Restaurant in Kissimmee

Visually the place looks decent. They just did a remodeling to cover up the nasty and awful habits that the management seems to have towards the customers and their employees. Tawanna!, Shaul! Michelle!, Tara! And Monique! Are some of the names that have given me top of the line service and I’ve been coming here for a few years now, superstars!, However They are constantly cutting servers which definitely brings down the atmosphere of the place, it’s sad to see great employees with great service that I’ve grown accustomed to no longer there like Shaul. scheduled less In attempts to make room, only to be replaced with someone not well trained. I can’t remember the managers name I think it’s Matt or Mathew, he typically works in the evenings but he always has his one left or right hand down inside that back of his pants which is very concerning! as I’ve seen him in the kitchen cooking food on several occasions, and the stench from the cigarettes he smokes gets trapped in my food somehow! Disgusting. There’s another shorter manager lady, her name is patt i believe, she seems like a nice lady until you realize that shes only really there to enforce company policy! I’ve never really seen her help her employees and sometimes they need it, but only show up to ruin the dine in experience. All in all I’ve had to stop dining in all together, just not the same when faces you know are pushed out, and I’ve worked in the food/dine in industry for over 15 years. whoever’s sitting at the top need to do better, your employees are suffering because of it and it’s them who serves us our food not the ones in in...

So obviously I Google review too many restaurants to earn this google local guide badge 😆… So here it is. This is the cleanest dennys I’ve ever been in. I’ve been to a lot of Dennys stretching from Michigan to Florida. So I was impressed. The waitress we had so so friendly and kind. Their food was delicious, not cold, it didn’t taste like it was sitting on the warmer for 10 minutes. It was hot and delicious. It also was not a long wait. I was quite surprised when the food came to our table. I told my husband I was suspicious because of how fast it came to our table. We had all 3 of our girls with us as well. So how they managed to get our food that quick, idk. However we were all grateful for it. We had 3 girls ranging from 2-5 years old. We went on a Thursday around 12pm—1:30pm it was moderately busy which is why I’m still impressed how fast the service was. The atmosphere is really relaxed and family oriented. It looks like they have remodeled which gives it a nice cozy feel to it. The whole staff from the hostess to the server were smiles and friendly. The bathrooms were cleaned and stocked nicely. Our server brewed me a fresh pot of coffee so my coffee was fresh. It was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had so far and we will definitely be back. I recently had the pleasure of eating at Denny’s with my mom and grandma, and I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service provided by our server, TJ, and Monica, as well as the delightful hostess, Angel.

From the moment we walked in, Angel greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcomed. He was efficient and friendly, ensuring we were seated promptly and comfortably. He has such a positive attitude set the tone for our meal.

Once we were at our table, TJ took over as our server and was simply fantastic. He was attentive and went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. He offered thoughtful recommendations from the menu and checked in regularly, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. His cheerful demeanor added a special touch to our visit.

Monica was impressive, making us feel like valued guests. Her genuine kindness and dedication to customer service did not go unnoticed.

Overall, the efforts of TJ, Monica, and Angel made our visit a memorable one. It's rare to encounter such a wonderful combination of friendliness and professionalism.
