For the most part the customer service is great, very friendly and welcoming, and pleasant in the morning. The bad thing is Ive been a regular customer for the past two months because of a knee injury and drive thru was ideal for since I’ve been in a lot of pain. Well I’m feeling better but decided to continue paying almost 3 dollars for my coffee instead of 1 at Wawa, bc of the customer service and the coffee was growing on me. So since I’m paying Starbucks pricing I would think I would get good quality drinks... so within the 2 months of me going I’ve had at least 5 problems . First time they added hot water to my large coffee, and I didn’t complain about it, second time they gave me the wrong coffee and I didn’t complain about it, third time they gave me coffee again added with hot water in which the coffee just tastes like hot water..:: now I’m not one to complain but 3 times of my coffee being screwed up in the morning on the way to work is not a good feeling bc I’m not a morning person and I need my coffee in the morning. So the 4th time I called and was explaining to them of my hot water situation and they apologized and told me to come back and get another coffee. So since I was almost at work the next day they gave me my coffee. Now the breaking of the camels back was the hot water incident happened again. I called them again and said someone added hot water again to my coffee and they apologized and said they would make me another one , but again I was already al it’s at work and they said they would give me another one tomorrow. But unfortunately I ended up in emergency room and didn’t go to work the next day. The following day I came back and I spoke with the guy at the window and explained I was owed a free coffee, I assume he had asked the manager and I heard in the back with a nasty attitude she already got one and isn’t getting another one. Read moreI went through the drive thru to get a latte for myself and a donut for my sister. The area in which the DD was located is in a pretty sketchy unkept plaza BUT I still gave it a try. I really wanted some hot coffee. When I finished ordering the cashier asked me to pull forward. When I did, she handed me my cup. I DID NOT believe what I was seeing. A huge and horrifying female house roach ( with a gigantic egg dangling from its rear) was crawling on the cup. I could . Not. Believe. My. Eyes. I told the cashier and she immediately withdrew the product and was equally as shocked as I was to see it. She stepped away to talk to a manager and when she returned she offered me a refund. I was initially upset because this was a treat that I was using with my Christmas gift card BUT even greater than that is the fact that management here is knowingly serving food and beverages to consumers although they have an INFESTATION problem. Horrible. I knew it was only responsible of me to let you guys know about this . This was clearly not an accident and could have been avoided with proper maintenance and care of the facility. Read moreWow, reading the reviews are shocking. Been to the drive thru plenty of times with no issue. I can see from the car how they seem unhappy but never bothered me until I got a stale plain toasted bagel. I go back in with the bag and that’s all the mgr had to see. Didn’t acknowledge me at all and walked away after she helped the customer before me. Didn’t apologize, was absolutely miserable and walked to the back saying she wants a new bagel. When the young employee put it in front of me and she was miserable too. I couldn’t believe it! I had to speak up and asked for my money back. I found out the one that ordered me a new bagel and who wouldn’t give me a receipt for refund was the mgr. I told them that they were all so rude and horrible at service in front of all 2 or 3 customers. I won’t complain further to upper mgmt cause CHEEP and POOR labor is their thing. If they can just get anyone to work, they will get business BECAUSE OF THE NAME. Imagine if they CARED about good FOOD and DECENT service?! Money would be FLOWING, HOWEVER, owners are ignorant and employees have NO self RESPECT to do better. It’s actually very sad.
