April saved the day on New Year's Day!- this Dunkin is crazy busy. They seemed understaffed considering the onslaught of non-stop people they are being tasked with serving. Donuts and drinks ordered - then their espresso machine acts up and they can't make any more espresso drinks. IMHO every customer should immediately get their money back and/or a coupon for an extra drink for another day - these large chain coffee shops should have at least 1 backup espresso machine ready to take care of the customers (and their employees!). Let's not forget that now these employees - already stressed trying to handle all of these constant customers - now get to deal with a mob of ticked off uncaffeinated tourists in a rush to fight a clustered bumper to bumper highway on route to Disney. We simply had to leave for sake of time. But we came back 1hr later and I caught April at the register. She was apologetic and empathetic. That environment was extremely stressful and she showed great composure all things considered. She offered a non espresso drink and immediately made a matcha latte faster than I realized they could be made. Workers like April and her colleagues are tasked with handling a seemingly impossible situation to create a positive customer experience - and I think April nailed it. Great job and thank you, keep it up April and happy New Year! (@dunkindonuts model employees after April for these qualities alone, it makes all the difference) - Mario...
Read moreI was vacationing in Orlando, I usually go to the Dunkin just a few blocks down from this location but their espresso machine was down. I came in with my two girls on Saturday morning, it was busy..but it’s a Dunkin’ Donuts on a weekend. After waiting in line I put in my order for 2 large iced Carmel lattes with oat milk and a medium iced caramel latte and tried to order an egg and cheese wrap, but was told by the employee at the register that I couldn’t order the egg and cheese wrap because they were too busy. To busy….so I couldn’t get the food I wanted. So I had to order something else that my 4 year old wouldn’t eat. Then after waiting in line for my drinks, I got 2 Medium iced caramel lattes with oat milk and an iced caramel latte. So not even what I ordered to begin with. The girls behind the counters working the kitchen were rude, they were yelling at each other. The one cooking the food was yelling at the girl at the register to stop taking orders. This is literally the worst Dunkin I have ever been to, the customer service was horrible. They can’t keep up with orders and have any customer service or work as a team, then you need to hire new workers or people who know how to...
Read moreReally bad customer service the people here don’t wanna do there job, there was a lady who said “who orders breakfast at 12?” And everyone here acted like they didn’t want to work. I ordered an online order for pickup and which they forgot the donuts so I had to go back and get my donuts, they put the wrong sandwich which I had to come back and get it again and then they took 15 minutes to make the correct sandwich. The only person who tried to do their job was this young Hispanic girl who was trying her best in the front who was doing her job well and provided good customer service, she kept reminding the people to make my sandwich while I was patiently waiting, she needs a raise. I’m so sick of this system where people who do their work bad get rewarded for it when the people who do it good just need to wait for it to be there turn. On top of the the donuts that I went back for barely have any frosting on it. I’d steer clear of this place, the Starbucks next door had significantly better customer service, and to the young Hispanic lady who works there and is doing a good job I recommend you find...
