I wanted to share feedback about my visit yesterday. While I truly enjoy your food, the service left me feeling disappointed.
I called ahead as I was traveling over an hour to your location. The lady who answered mentioned her system was down and couldn’t process my payment, which wasn’t ideal but understandable. She assured me she’d put in my order, and I could pay upon arrival.
When I arrived and paid, my order was not ready. To make matters worse, two customers who ordered on-site after me were served first. I waited an additional 25 minutes in the rain while the restaurant was empty. When I inquired about an ETA, the response felt dismissive, directing me to another window rather than addressing my concern, even though the cook was nearby.
I love the food, but the service experience left a lot to be desired. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer interactions, as I’d love to return for the food and enjoy...

Absolutely Disgusted and Deeply Disappointed
I cannot believe how terrible my experience was at this so-called "highly recommended" spot. This was hands-down the worst Chinese estilo Puertoriqueno food I’ve ever had. The chicken was so salty it was unbearable — I couldn’t even force myself to swallow more than a bite. The rice? Just as bad. And let me be clear — I love salt. this was carelessness and disrespect served on a plate. I left angry, disappointed, don’t know what people are praising, but this place has no business being recommended to anyone.
Save your money, your time, and your taste buds. This was a complete disaster. pa los chinos me voy ...
Read moreThis review is a painful lesson in how a good thing can go horribly wrong. I've been a fan of Pallino's food truck for a while, but my recent visit was a shocking letdown. I'm used to good food from them, but this time around, the only thing I got was a rude awakening.
First, let's talk about the price. A seven-dollar price hike? For what? Less food? The portion size was a joke, a meager offering that left me wondering if I'd accidentally ordered from the kids' menu. But the real insult was the cold food. I don't know what's more disappointing—paying more for less, or getting a plate of cold disappointment.
Pallino's, you need to do better. Your reputation for quality is hanging by a thread. Raise your prices and reduce your portions? That's a recipe for disaster. Get your act together, because I'm not the only one who's going to be looking for a...
