Due to several food allergies and autoimmune issues, l'm unable to drink/eat at a lot of restaurants/coffee shops. I usually just accept that I won’t be able to consume something out and about and resort to making my meals and treats at home- but I’ve come to love and be so well-taken care of by the team at this Starbucks location. My sweet puppy and I have been visiting here on daily walks and little drive by visits for several years now, and as avid travelers, I’ve never found a similar experience at any other Starbucks location. This place just gets it. In the past they’ve created a "safe" iced pumpkin spice latte for me with alternative ingredients to make sure I wouldn’t have any sort of allergic reactions. They’ve also specially crafted fun pour-over drinks for me, and fully helped me explore the menu and all of their offerings with a close discernment of my 25+ food allergies. The speed! This location is also so quick. I tried another Starbucks in South Georgia who had triple the amount of people working and it took nearly 35 minutes with no line for an iced coffee, whereas even with a line wrapped around the building, I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes with several cars ahead of me. The fact they’re able to not only be efficient but accurate is INSANE. This location has the best team. Always so kind. My favorite interactions so far have been with Bri, MJ, Britt, Nia, Mattie, Giorgi, Aleeka and even Joe. They have others there that pick up from other locations and I swear they’ve always been so kind. I think this location just attracts the best. Their new store manager (her name is Amber) is so kind and so diligent with customers that have food allergies and it means so so much to the customer experience.
This is the best location for homework, work meetings, chilling with friends, networking meetings; Or even breaking up with your boyfriend. I’ve seen it all here. It’s such a fun place to be.
They always offer pup cups for sweet little fur babies, and though mine can’t partake because she’s in training for allergy-alert, they are so kind and remember her by name.
Each barista appears genuinely happy. Everyone takes great care and attention to detail when I inform them of my allergies.

Read moreWe order from Starbucks everyday and used this starbucks twice in 2 days but then they messed our order pretty badly and the taste of the coffee was burnt and washed with more milk to cover the taste of the burnt coffee. Simple Venti mocha they got wrong; we returned to ask if they could fix the order and that is the first time we ever have to do that with starbucks and the Manager (Brandon) first thing he says is don’t you ask for a remake of coffee every time! I explained that it might be other customers but not us and then he asks if our drinks were actually from that store; store gave us our drinks without labels, then when we showed him the receipt he started being apologetic and offered to remake the drinks but we felt offended enough to not want that store making any profit of of us so we asked for a refund. Why did we get there in the first place, order was made bad, all you gotta do is just remake the order, check receipt especially if it is through the starbucks app and deliver the drinks instead of interrogating and asking offensive questions like that. Brandon needs to learn how to manage the store better and assure customers are happy when the store gives them burnt coffee which is what the store specializes in (Coffee). When you are in business for food services you are apt to make mistakes with the food/drinks at some point and learning how to fix them is just as important as avoiding those mistakes. Read moreI ordered a strawberry refresher with lemonade instead of water while I was in the drive through. The barista charged me for my drink and I sat waiting for it to arrive. When it did the barista told me they didn’t have lemonade and made it with water instead and asked if that was ok. It would have been ok if you informed me BEFORE I spent money on an order that you didn’t have the proper ingredients but they didn’t. Instead they just assumed I would want what I didn’t order. I took the drink because I had already paid for it, and it was disgusting. Thought I’d give them another chance and went a different day to this same location and ordered the same drink. 20 minutes passed and I was still waiting. I went and asked and they said oh the order never went through, then when it was completed it was an entirely wrong drink. The barista suggested I go to the register and RE ORDER AND RE PAY FOR A DRINK I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. I told her that’s now how ordering something works, I already paid and had my receipt. That same exact day my girlfriend who was with me ordered a drink and they tried to give her someone else’s order, not once, but twice. THEN, tried to charge her double for it.
