Wendy's — Restaurant in Kissimmee

I've given this place my last dollar....Just visited Wendy's 13480 State Road 535 Lake Buena Vista, FL. I pulled up to the Drive Thru and there was a car at the speaker, he was waiting to order, not sure how long he had been there. Waited over 5 minutes, he still hadn’t placed his order, was waiting on someone to come on the speaker, 3 more cars pulled behind me. Waited another 2 minutes before driving around and going inside, three was one person at the counter trying to pick up an order for delivery and was having issues, no one was helping her other than the girl at the counter. There were 3 people in back, one at the counter, one on the line and one in the drive thru. 2 other emerged from the back, ironically both on their phones, texting or something, they looked like Manager, neither offer any assistance. Another person had walked in with me from the car behind me and we were both in line waiting another 5 minutes to place an order. The Delivery girl left after having issues with payment and no help from any manager. The person who walked in with me placed his order and the girl at the counter walked away, took another 2 minutes to come back and take my order. It took another 3 minutes for someone to start making my sandwich and which point the girl on the line walked away after pulling out the bun. Another 2 minutes later she returns from who know where, maybe the bathroom to finish my sandwich. The Man in front of me got his order promptly, a Big Bag, and finished it by the time I finally got mine. I had asked twice for my order to go, and it was placed on a tray, I had to remind them again it was to go. No Napkins, spoon for the chili or any verbal apology for any delay at any point, I wasn’t even given a copy of my receipt, probably so I couldn’t complain. I understand if the store is busy, but there was no one in the store other than us 3 and any urgency to live up to the term fast food was never present. The managers walked from front of house to back of house never offering any help or guidance. Very disappointed in this location as it is usually busy and takes forever, this time I thought I hit it right because there was no one there, no luck. Just got into Florida and the resort after a very long and tumultuous day. Realizingthat iit was almost 1am and no one had eaten we tried to order pizza from Domino's. Just our luck their credit card machine wasn't working and this I've never heard of, they won't yes I said won't deliver food if the bill is over $50?!?! Seriously who does that! So after getting no where and wasting time we decided to to go to Wendy's and I am so glad that we did! When we got there to a locked door I thought seriously this is getting Beyond absurd! But we got back in the car and went through the drive through. There we were greeted by Kyle (I hope that I got the spelling right) and after a few minutes of ordering and him being so pleasant I told him that he was the first nice person we had met so far in Florida! After finishing our order we were told to pull around and we did. Where Kyle continued to make us smile and laugh. He put each order in it's own bag no one does that! And if you ask them to you'll usually get grief about it! Then we joked about ketchup and salt. His talent for banter, gift of wit and kindness make him seriously over qualified for his job! I hope that the owner of that Wendy's franchise values and appreciate him! Because any salesccompany would be lucky to have him! Kyle you'd make a killing as a salesman! By far the worse fast food experience I have had in my life. When I arrived there was a rather long line which at the time didn't bother me much as I expected there to be a bit of a line considering the location of the store. I waiting in line and by the time I finally made it up to the front the girl running the register just walked away! Not only did she walk away but no one returned to take her place, I just stood there for almost 10mins while no one even attempted to assist me. When someone finally did decide to take my order I was very specific that I wanted no onions and no sauce of any sort. I was not asked what size I wanted my combo to be nor was I asked dine in or take out and my order was automatically put as dine in, i needed it to go. After waiting another long period of time and watching countless orders not even make if off the counter before the guest had to complain about something being incorrect my order finally came out. I had them bag it as at this point I had no time to waste knowing i was now running behind getting to work because of how long the whole process took. All in all I was there almost 25mins and all I ordered was a bacon cheeseburger and fries. When I arrived at work and sat down to eat my food in the few mins I had left before my shift I unwrapped my burger to find that my order like the many that came before it was incorrect.
