The ABSOLUTE best food I've had at a restaurant in a WHILE. When I tell you I wanted to thank the chef PERSONALLY. I've had all type of Latin food and this was my first time venturing out to Venezuelian food and im soo greatful I did. Upon walking in the atmosphere was beautiful. You're serenaded by a musician singing and playing all types of Latin classic songs. When you look around youre surrounded by Venezuela's rich and beautiful culture . Such thoughtful and intriciate detail might I add . Then greeted and seated by their very hospital waitresses . My main waitress i believe her name was Elianna was so sweet and helpful in helping me pick the perfect meal for my family. She has such a great vibe and was so kind throughout the whole process ✨️! My food was plated so beautifully and each dish absolutely blew my mind ! Their steak was INCREDIBLE!!! I had such an amazing time and I will reccomend this plan to any and everyone I come across that's new and familiar with Kissimmee. I actually went home with my boyfriend so we can learn more about Venezuela and its rich culture!!! Thank you so much! I will be back a million times !!!!...

The authenticity, quality and price of the food was on point on the other hand we were dining with another couple, they were seated at the same table, but we paid for our food separately and we were charged 18 percent for service. This was very unprofessional and dishonest coming from the waitress because being aware of this fact she did not have the integrity to warn us of this charge when she brought out the device to pay and it shows the screen to ask you how much tip you want to leave. In other words, the so-called "viveza venezolana" is also part of the authentic experience.She ended up with a hefty that I I hope she needs more than we do. 😒.keep this in mind when you visit this place. We were excited to try Carne en Vara La Gloria Grill, and while there were some highlights, our experience was a bit mixed. First, let me say that our server was amazing—so attentive and friendly, truly 5-star service. The sides like the tostones, salad, and yuca were absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor.

Unfortunately, the live music, while lively, was way too loud. The sound was so overwhelming that we couldn’t even have a conversation at our table, which made it hard to fully enjoy the atmosphere. As for the carne en vara, which we were most looking forward to, it was overcooked and not as tender as expected, even though we specifically asked for it to be rare. It was disappointing considering it’s the star dish.
