Dunkin' — Restaurant in Kittery

The food here is always cold. Every single time you're going to get cold food. I have began to try new things hoping maybe they would be warm and nope cold! I mean unmelted cheese cold LOL if it's their ovens their staff should be able to put it in again because it's literally cold to the touch when they hand it to you so I can't even say it's just the ovens. The staff could fix that by cooking things twice. Every single staff member here would rather hand you literally have frozen food though. Cold eggs? Like actually cold not even room temperature eggs? If you receive eggs that are almost Frozen with cheese that is almost Frozen you need to question things I didn't know Dunkin Donuts froze their food but Frozen slices of cheese end up with this very specific texture and their cheese has it quite often when you're handed it and it's literally refuses to melt because it's on ice cold egg.

Everything about this streams food safety issues to me LOL I see multiple other people commenting about it too, I come here every day in the morning before work and it is consistently called every single time no matter what you get no matter who hands it to you. The thing about dunks is there supposed to all be consistent. This dunks is consistent all right with itself and all of its frozen uncooked food.

I would give the staff some credit because they're nice but they're literally not nice when they hand you frozen eggs with disgustingly cold cheese every day. They're not doing us a favor they're looking us in our faces and saying we don't care about you customer. Therefore the employees also got one star every single one of them considering every single one of them chooses to hand you...

My daughter and I were there Friday 7/26 at approximately 2:15pm and were waited on by a very sweet courteous young lady. An older woman handed us our drinks. We waited to use the ladies room as it was occupied. The same older woman who gave us our drinks, came to the front counter and said “instead of standing around, you can use the men’s room.” We did. When I came out, my daughter went in, but there were two other ladies waiting to use the restroom as well. The woman again reiterated that the men’s room could be used. The lady that was waiting said it was occupied. The older woman then said “there are restrooms at the Outlets that can be used. All day long people come in here just to use the “freaking” bathrooms.” I was amazed she said that, since all of us waiting had purchased drinks. The two ladies who were waiting walked out without using the restroom. This woman was extremely rude and unpleasant. I visited this store twice this week, and were taken care of by very courteous people. That was the first time we had encountered her. She might want to think of another job that doesn’t involve people. Her customer service...

Not only have they continuasly gotten my order wrong for three days in a row now. today I pulled up to the window and asked for butter and they said I have to charge you 30 cents. then the two people inside sat and argued if they acually where supposed to charge for butter or not. Pathetic... I will not be going back. Dont go unless you want to order a croissant and get a bagel yes this happened the day before. The day before that I ordered a hot chocolate and got a coffee.....BEYOND POOR hit up starbucks or bagel caboose its right down the street :) little more money but you wil get way better service.

To Crocicbeatz: I am sure if I ever went back that they would probably burn my food to a crisp because they are all so completely incompetent. Dont be fooled by this guy people.
