McDonald's — Restaurant in Klamath Falls

Got parked and waited 45 minutes for a 4 piece nugget happy meal, 2 shakes and a fudge Sunday. The nuggets were litterly raw!!! The fries were cold then they came out without the shakes and Sunday. Went into the store and was told they couldn't do shakes and I would be given a refund. Waited another 20 and an employee says he can now make the shakes.... he goes back to make them and a manager comes in smelling like weed to give me a refund, then the employee comes out with are shakes. Was so angry at that point I just grabbed them and walked out. Got to my car and took a drink of a "shake" and it was just melted shake mix that tasted like pure syrup. I get it, it's just fast food. But it was far from fast or even edible food. Pretty much paid 23$ for a fudge sunday! This place used to be decent but the last 2 years or so it's pretty much the same thing. Only reason I went was my kiddo wanted chicken nuggets! I didn't notice the nuggets were raw till he bit into them and started gagging. Place should not be allowed...

My son and I went there yesterday I have known their slow and always have you pull up and wait I know it's been going on years and I didn't want to play their game of beat the drive thru clock timer so I politely said I would wait at window the young girl seemed stressed she said I have to I said no I don't I'm fine then a large mean angry woman put her head out window and said could you please pull up it will be 2 minutes I said no I'll wait here she said I have the order for car behind you mind you this was not busy time around 2 30 pm one car was in front of me a couple came after me so she meanly says I'll refund you my son and I stunned 😯? But she immediately comes back with our 4 little burgers and throws bag at me into car I said wth I'm going to report you so she's angrily tells me name and that she's area manager or something????? And that I was not welcome back there EVER ikr so apparently there are management issues up...

I am not one who usually complains but boy howdy. Everytime I go something is wrong with the order. It is usually napkins, sauce or straws, just inconvient. When I have to turn around and go back it defeats the whole purpose of drive through. Today ordered 3 of the exact same thing. Chicken sandwiches, fries and soda. We went home to eat it. The order was wrong, a hamburger instead of chicken, no napkins, no sauce. When the order on the food is wrong it is more than an inconvenience. There are allergies that people have for instance tomatoes. I have a son with a tomatoe allergy. We have had to turn around on more than one occasion to have it remade because some one put a tomatoe on the burger. One seed can wreck havoc on him. A regular soda versus a diet for some one diabetic can cause major issue.I even double checked at the windows to avoid any problem. It has become increasingly worse. McDonalds you...
