Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Klamath Falls

Horrible experience. When I called in the order my call was sent to a call center. The person on the other end spoke english as their 2nd or even 3rd language, making the very frustrating for many reasons. It is irritating to speak to someone not even here in the actual store locally and then add the language barrier. Extremely impersonal. So although 10:30 at night I just drove over therr to order. After waiting more than 5 minutes I finally walked a few steps beyond the counter and had to call out multiple times for assistance. I waited for my cheese bread and cinnamon bread for about 20 minutes, which was fine for me. But it did mean I had time to see how dirty the kitchen is. Upon getting home I had breadsticks instead of cheese bread. Huge difference and hugely annoying. Today the manager had little to say about it, and her voice had little to no concern for the matter. Her main imput was asking if the young man helping me had light brown hair or dark brown hair? Seriously! Their restaurant is dark and like I would remember. I do wish I wouldn't have given whomever it was a tip though. She offered to give me a free cheese bread next time I came in, but she said I could basically only get it if she were there and she didn't even take my information or write it down. It's not their policy she said. Tired of spending at chain restaurants and having bad service and below...

I want to be clear up front: I didn’t actually eat at this establishment. I had every intention of ordering a couple of pizzas around 7:30 p.m. on a Thursday evening peak dinner time only to be told they were completely out of dough. Yes, you read that correctly: a pizza place, out of dough. There was only one customer waiting.

The staff member informed me it would be at least an hour and a half before more dough would be ready. While I was trying to wrap my head around that, my attention shifted to the counter specifically the keyboard used for taking orders. It was caked in a grayish-black residue that looked like old, dried dough. The kind of grime that builds up over time when hands aren’t washed between working with food and handling shared surfaces. It wasn’t just a little messy...it was disturbing.

Out of curiosity (and growing concern), I glanced around the establishment. The overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. From what I saw, the dining area and prep zones looked like cleanliness had long since ceased to be a priority.

At that point, I chose not to wait and certainly not to eat there. I sincerely hope the management takes a long, hard look at their operations. Running out of dough during the dinner time is a problem for a place that mostly serves pizza. Running an unclean kitchen is a...

So, nothing against the food, well I didn't really like the bone in wings, but what i really have an issue with is the extreme misleading of the survey 10$ off coupon. I mean what's even the point? A special price you can get a large special for under 15 and regular price it's over 25, it HAS do be delivery so let's add on the delivery charge.... so it kinda seems like they're hoping people will use the coupon, thinking it's better and end up paying more... oh and don't even try ordering 1 full menu price item and some other deal items, you won't be able to. Ah, and I absolutely love there 5$ deals.... I mean their "of our 30 items, only 2 things are 5 each, everything else is 2-3 $ more" cause that's not a bait and switch at all!. And just to be clear, I understand that not everything can be 5$, it's how misleading the advertising is... how about a 5,6,7 $ menu or something, anything to make it...
