Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Klamath Falls

5pm, Saturday: I walk up to the store on 6th Street, but the lobby is closed - only drive thru is open. Since I want to sit down for 10 minutes, I drive over to the store near Walmart.

They're actually open, but, the snacks case is completely empty and they don't have the snack item I require. I leave, and yet again curse Starbucks to hell, while navigating their bizarre parking lot on the way out.

Can someone explain to me how a multinational company with an annual profit of $20+ billion, can't manage to maintain normal inventory levels and keep their stores open during their normal posted business hours?

I went there with my family expecting my usual caramel ribbon crunch frappe, when I got it I noticed that my frappe was missing the signature whipped cream at the bottom and the crumble. When I went to taste it, it tasted completely different, and not in a good way, I turned to my siblings who had all gotten different drinks and my older brother who had gotten a mocha cookie crumble, had his tasting like watered down coffee. They aren't rushed, yet they have customers and they are precise with their orders.
