I will never eat at that Subway again worse experience ever. Even other customers chimed in to help me and rosey the so called manager told them to be quite. I was doing a pickup order for a customer and in detail on his order It said a bunch of banana peppers so I try to do exactly what the customer says they want so Rosey the do called manager Said I had to buy another sub or salad just to get extra banana peepers on my customer pickup or when I said just charge me extra for them or ring it up as a salade if you have to but I'm one to get a person order right because who wants to pay for a order they don't want. So I said we can't move forward until you put more up there on his sub and rosey just kept saying no even her employee apologized. Customers behind ne even said your telling her no and she will to pay any cost for banana peppers and she told them to be quite. At that point I said there's no way your a manager to tell Customers to be quite and your missing out on money over banner peppers if I'm telling you I'll pay what extra cost even if it was the cost of a salad. Rosey gives subway a bad reputation especially when it comes to running a business mainly making customers satisfied thinking they cater to the public. Well I'm sorry to say at this subway it's not true and for everyone to avoid the experience I had please do not go there. Read moreAs a former employee here (my name tag read “shawn” and i can even be seen in some of the reviews) i can tell you that this store can not be trusted. I quit a few months ago do to an infestation of roaches in the cooler and freezing unit in the store, it was so bad when you opened the cooler in the mornings the roaches would rain down from the top of the door. Also the manager FORCES employees to use out of date veggies and simply tells us to “cut off the moldy parts”. Theres so many issues that i cant go into detail with all of them but just to list them off there’s an issue with employees washing hands in between sandwiches, unpopular meats/cheeses like cold cut, American, and brisket remaining the cooler for several days and aren’t switched out until a customer complains, and some employees don’t wear gloves when prepping or counting food including the store owner. cookies are sold undercooked to keep them soft for a longer period of time, not only that the container can sometimes house flies, so if you have a hard cookie its been in there for about a week. The bread case is full of gnats and flies, the sauce containers are only refilled and are barely washed and replaced, and PLEASE DONT NOT ORDER FOOD IF YOU SEE THE FOOD CONTAINERS WITHOUT LIDS, when they aren’t covered by lids or the protective glass then there’s a good chance flies have been all over the merchandise. And lastly subway as a whole advertises “fresh” food but we only receive veggie shipments once a week and again unpopular veggies get replaced less frequently than basic things...

Quality issues abound (ex: slicing sub bread so unevenly that the bottom half is thin enough to see light through, brown avacado spread). If you order ahead on the app for pickup they will cut corners on your sub, you have to be there to watch them make it if you want a halfway decent meal. One time they told the pickup person the food wasn’t there (it was), I had to call and they “checked again”, yet said nothing about not having the add-on that I paid for. When I called back for a refund for the add-on, the woman said “can you come now?”. I said yes and drove over, to be told “I can give you cookies or chips”…the remainder of this interaction was also full of poor customer service from a worker that clearly didn’t want to be there.
