Had a great visit tonight that this Arby's location. We become regulars there and they pretty much know all the special requests we like with our meal. We feel valued as customers and his people and have got to know especially the overall manager Chastity. Tonight we had a great visit with manager Ann and hourly workers Sanessa and Nicholas. Food was great tasting and service was outstanding. All the workers were friendly and had nice smiles and were outgoing. Will definitely be back again to this location soon!
Had another visit on Sunday evening at 6:00 p.m. just a few days ago. It was the last day this location would be open for about 3 or 4 weeks due to remodeling. We were sad to hear this but we were the last customers to walk out the door after an extended sit-down visit. Got to interact with a very nice manager Anne who is always been very accommodating especially if we've left our coupons at home or in the car. Ann knows exactly what our special requests are with our normal sandwiches and meal. We were also able to interact with another manager Connie who was very nice and friendly. Our order was taken by Eleanor who was polite, friendly, and had a huge smile. Another hourly worker, Jalaisha, said hello to us and greeted us when we came up to get our food. We had previously interacted with Jalaisha on other visits and always found her helpful and very pleasant to interact with. It's sad that all of these workers will be temporarily working at other Arby's in town but I'm sure those locations will be glad to have all of them. Read moreThe worst experience I think I've ever had at an Arby's. We stood in a long line because the lady taking orders was extremely slow. We finally put our order in, which took a long time, and waited for a few minutes. When we finally received our order, it had multiple mistakes. When I took the order back up to be corrected, I stood for about five minutes before anyone would turn around. Finally, I received the right order with no apology of any kind.
When I opened up my pecan chicken salad sandwich, it immediately began dripping everyone. Apparently, someone didn't use a slotted spoon to dip the salad, and it was leaking everywhere. The outside of the bread was soaked and mushy. It was the worst sandwich of that kind I have ever had there, by far.
I've always been a fan of Arby's. The location on Emory is fantastic. This one is awful. That's pretty typical of all the restaurants in the North Knoxville/Powell area. Always go to Emory instead of Clinton.

I said is that the smallest she said no but you don't want the snack size. I said actually I do. She then proceeded to say there's not much there... yada, Yada, Yada. After she had already rang it up she then said what do you want me to do? I said give my mom a refund and ring up what I want. Not sure how much change she thought she gave my mom to make up for the fry she rang up but we still paid for it and had to hear that that's not what I want 🫣. Then the sauces were not marked so I asked for packs. She says they're out there. I repeated, they are not marked can I just have packs? No, they're out there. I mean PLEASE? How hard is it to give so packs of saice so I don't put ketchup or firey stuff on my sandwich? Not a helpful person...
