Don’t bother ordering from this location. Three strikes and they are out! The first time an issue arose: We had ordered delivery of our pizza, just two simple pepperoni hand tossed pizzas. We live less than 5 miles of the store, and it had taken over an hour to arrive. We understand things get busy and times are delayed. However, when we received the pizza, it was cold and hard. We called the store and asked for a remake. They kindly accepted and apologized for the delay, and were going to have them remade and re delivered. The same situation happened again for waiting over an hour for the pizza to arrive. The second try: We ordered our normal pizza order of one pepperoni pan pizza and one hand tossed pepperoni. The delivery time was around an hour to get to our home. Once we received the pizzas, the hand tossed pizza was cold, hard, and half of the pizza was raised from a dough bubble. I have never seen half an entire pizza have a bubble issue like that where it’s just raised crust with no topping, sauce, etc. We called the manager on duty to ask for a remake of the hand tossed pizza, and he offered to replace the pizza. We accepted and decided it was best that we pick it up instead of waiting another hour. Once we get the remake, it was burnt to a crisp. A literal crisp. At this point we just throw it away and move on with our evening. Third Try: We decided to change up our normal order and Purchase two pan pizzas and choose pick up. At this point , we think we are getting the pattern down correctly so we don’t run into any issues. That doesn’t seem to happen at this store! We get our two pan pizzas home and start to dig in, only to find after a few bites in our pizza IS NOT EVEN COOKED ALL THE WAY! Literal dough in the center. Read moreIf I could give them zero stars, I would. Made an online order at 7:30 pm saw it said it was going to take up two hours to make. Not what I wanted to see but sure I get it it's a game night. We waited and waited it got to 10:30 pm until the tracker said are order was going to be delivered. It hits around 11:15 and our order still wasn't delivered. Called the store and was told our order was out for delivering and they had about 6 other orders to deliver that they should be there soon. Again still trying to be patient. I see that it's now saying our order was complete around 12 call again and are told that the delivery driver is now back at the building picking our order up and he has 7 to 10 orders to deliver that he should be there soon. (Makes no sense how they were delivering it on the first trip then out of nowhere he has to go to the buidling for our order) It hits 12:55 and we still haven't gotten our order. We call again only to be told that it was delivered and that the delivery driver was heading to the building. Was told that there was only 2 workers in the building. If that is true, why are they taking orders they can't handle? It's just ridiculous we would have ordered from somewhere else if we knew we were going to wait almost 5 hours for an order only for us to not even receive it. The "manager" just canceled our order, didn't even apologize, and "fixed" it by giving a free side. All the while being very rude and just kept giving me the excuse that there was only two people. Read moreOn Dec 31st 2019, after moving into a new apartment here in Knoxville Tennessee the prior evening, my and my roommates decided to order some food. The people who took our order were very nice and efficient , they quoted us an arrival time of a bout 45 min to an hour because only 2 people were working and they were short on staff. The order actually arrived promptly at the 35 min marker. When we opened the boxes there were huge puddles of grease in the middle of the pizza. Now not discounting the fact that pizza is naturally greasing this was more than what I would call “in excess” . 31 to the 1st was a holiday so I waited until the 2nd to call. I spoke to a female manager and discussed the problem we had and was told “Well, we would like to make this right” this request was made with persistence as I tend not to accept things for free. They said the next order was on them and I thank her for her time and hung up. February 25 of 2020, I called to have them make good on this promise just to be told my Name, number, address, and you guessed it; credit wasn’t in the system. I told them I could bring bank records, old phon with call log and time in call , etc to prove I ordered food from them. They declined the material. The manager which was also the GM stated he would have to see if the other GM remembered the call and he would get back to me, (still no word).
