The Domino's driver drove his car into my landscaping wall and left without telling anyone. I called the next day when we discovered it to see how we could take care of it since the dirt from the other side has to be removed and the wall has to be taken down and rebuilt. The "manager" did not how to deal with the problem and said her "supervisor" would call me back in an hour or so. Five hours later I called and the supervisor was there but had not bothered to contact me. She told me she knew about it but she'd have to call her "DM" and call me back. She calls back to let me know that her "owner" would call me and she couldn't (wouldn't) help. That was last Thursday. I called Monday again and they said "I thought that had been taken care of, we'll look into it." Its the following Saturday and nobody has called, apologized or let me know what will be done. I can now pay $1700 to fix my wall, do it myself, or call a lawyer. This place doesn't care anything about its customers or taking responsibility for its employees actions. I've been buying pizza at Domino's since 1995. Looks like we'll be buying elsewhere from now on.
Update: Owner came and picked up the bricks on my property without letting me know he was there. He basically called me a liar and said I needed to make another appointment with my landscaper so he could talk to them because he didn't believe the wall's stability had been compromised by the vehicle that had run into it. I decided that paying the landscaper to come back out to talk to this guy wasn't worth my time. I called the owner back to let him know. His whole demeanor changed and he apologized for the first time in the ordeal now that they were off the hook. The first heavy rain the wall fell over and blocked my garage. I had to Uber to Home Depot, rent a truck, buy some tools and fix the wall myself. We officially do not eat at...
Read moreOrdered at 7:27, pizza out of the oven at 7:58. At 9 PM, I decided to call and ask where the pizza was since it hadn't been delivered. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes between myself and my wife, I decided to just drive to the store and cancel my order (knowing that it had been out of the oven for over an hour). I arrived at the store around 9:25ish and didn't get greeted until I said out loud that I wanted to cancel my order. Meanwhile, the phone was ringing off the hook and no one was answering it (heard "dang, that's the third time they have called"). I canceled the order and told them to check the delivery driver's bags to make sure that my order wasn't in there. They said it wasn't. When I pulled into my apartment complex, I noticed that I was behind the driver. On top of that, they decided to park in my only reserved parking spot. I told the driver to move their car and that I was just in the store canceling my order and that I did not want it. Overall, it was an extremely painful experience. Over two hours and no food. It was obvious that the staffing situation wasn't great but a piece of advice... Answer the phone when someone calls your business. That would have saved a lot of time for...
Read moreUPDATE: I called again at 7:04 PM, the manager said that the driver is 3 minutes away... it is 7:28 and still no pizza. Two and a half hours is not an appropriate time to wait. The order was canceled on the app so now I can't even submit a claim through the insurance program. This store should not stay open.
UPDATE 2: The manager apparently had the delivery driver return to the store, so I never got the order. These guys are incompetent.
I placed my order at 4:53 PM, it is now 6:53 PM as I'm typing this and I still haven't gotten my order. I called the store at 6:24 to ask about the status of the order, and the employee said something about it being a carry out order. After informing her that it was in fact a delivery order through the app, she told me the driver was on the way and gave the excuse of "we just got really busy and are short on drivers". I also haven't gotten an update on the app since 5:18 when my order was "in the oven". I live less than 10 minutes away from the store, it should not take 2 hours to get a pizza. If you forgot about my order...
