Hummus Republic — Restaurant in Knoxville

This is my new favorite place. I grew up with a lot of Mediterranean restaurants around and have not really found anything in Knoxville that is of the same quality I am used to in a casual atmosphere. Hummus Republic was so incredibly good I was shocked. Way better ingredients than that other places. The couscous is delicious, the shawarma is amazing and the falafel are the absolute best I have had in the South. Just perfect. The range of toppings you can choose are amazing and so fresh. I will definitely be here a lot. The portions are quite large so I am able to make 2 meals out of a bowl. The service is fantastic. Everyone there was so nice. Even if you are unfamiliar with the choices they will happily explain everything. It’s so good I would even drive to West Knoxville to get it but I don’t have to do that makes me love...

Please add bowl sizes to doordash and uber eats pleaseeeeee, I shouldn’t be paying for a large bowl and get a small one and this is only hummus republic location that doesn’t have bowl sizes on the delivery apps. Also please stop forgetting sauces, I have ordered from here 5+ times and I have not once got all the sauces I have paid for. This latest time I got one hot sauce out of the 6 I paid for and last time I got 1 tzatiki out of the 6 I paid for and 3 hot sauces out of the 6 I paid for. PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER because Your food is amazing but I can’t reasonably order from here anymore when I get charged for a large bowl and get a small and also pay extra for sauces and get less than 1/3rd of what I paid for. I had a wonderful experience at this spot! The location is not only conveniently situated but also exceptionally clean, which instantly makes a great impression. The atmosphere is warm and friendly — you feel comfortable the moment you walk in.

The staff are genuinely kind and attentive, always ready with a smile. The portions are generous, making it great value for money. Hygiene standards are clearly a top priority here, and it shows in every detail.
