This place is horrible. The food is second rate and the customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. They place you on hold right away when you call and when I asked for delivery which is a service they offer she told me 20 minutes but did not get an address. She put me on hold again and never came back. When I finally got back through, she put me on yet another hold after I told her I couldn't hold. When she came back I was very mad. I was just going to give her the address. Instead I told her I wanted to cancel my order. She hung up on me after I said that. I tried to order about a year ago and she was rude and told me it would be 15 hours. I verified three times with her that she was saying the right time since she does not speak English very well. I canceled that time and thought I would give them a second chance. The food can sit down there and rot for all I care. With that kind of customer service I am not...

If you like oil, then you will like the food here. Got a simple order of an egg roll, sweet and sour chicken, beef with mixed vegetables, and curry chicken. As you can tell in the pictures, there is a lot of separated oil in the beef with mixed vegetables and what I could salvage of the curry chicken. If you can get past the oil, the taste of the curry chicken was okay, but the oil overwhelms everything. Unfortunately, they hadn't put the lid on completely so half of it spilled out in the bag when taking the container out, leaving a layer of oil over everything. The sweet and sour chicken was cooked a bit past what would be appropriate. Not sure if this is normal or if they simply were busy and didn't get it out of the fryer in time. They have the best crab rangoon and shrimp lo mein I've ever had! However the service is absolutely awful! I called to place an order for delivery and was told I was outside their 5 mile area(in fact I am only 1.8 miles away). Once I convinced the woman I was in the area, she told me she needed to check and see if the delivery driver "felt like" making a delivery right now. After spending a minute checking on this(which shouldn't be an option), she finally took my order. She then told me that my order was not large enough to meet their $15 minimum for delivery (once again wrong as my order was $16.44 before tax or the $3 delivery fee). She then proceeded to give me my total and immediately hang up without an estimated delivery time. This is probably the worst service I have ever received and I will likely not do...
