Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Knoxville

Great place to get doughnuts, especially when the HOT light is on. You can see part of how they are made. When we were there we had a coupon for buy one dozen mixed doughnuts, get on free original glazed dozen. The server was a young man very friendly and explained the coupon of what had to be ordered. As far as what was considered to Bea mixed dozen of doughnuts. Then he also helped me out with my app on my phone, so I can earn points for another reward at a later date. I've always loved Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Even s child, I had a family member that worked for the Krispy Kreme corporation. Many years ago, and from time to time he would bring home some of the deep fried fruit pies. Like apple, cherry, pineapple, ect. They were so good. But I don't know if Krispy Kreme still makes those or not. Either way you can't go wrong with Krispy ...

Even tho they advertise lobby hours til 10pm this is the 2nd time we tried visiting and they had the doors locked and only doing drive thru and they were not friendly to speak with while placing an order. The doughnuts aren't even fresh. I have always preferred Krispy Kreme to Dunkin but I am willing to try dunkin more so w service like this

Revisited 3 more times in the last 4 months and each time the doors have been locked and I left and went to Dunkin each time. I will not go thru the drive thru and feel rushed and not be able to full look at the menu to get the assorted 24 donuts for my family of 6.

I propose they just shut down and let someone show them how to operate a donut shop while having a walk-in option and drive thru in the same location. Dunkin doesn't have this...

Went to this location at 10:35 PM, Saturday April 22nd. Three employees standing outside, two of them hugging up on each other. Went through the drive thru and was told they were closed even though Google said they don’t close until 11. That was fine I didn’t get mad, just pulled off and parked at Taco Bell to try to find somewhere else to go to satisfy my sweet tooth. Decided on Crumbl cookies and as I was going to leave to head that way at about 10:45 I see a car in this Krispy Kreme drive thru getting donuts. If you’re closed how are you serving customers? Seemed like the employees just needed to stand outside for a second which is fine everywhere is understaffed and underpaid but seeing someone else get served is...
