K Brew — Restaurant in Knoxville

I was feeling a little cold after reading ice cream and spotted KBrews sign stating that they had apple cider. I decided to lean into the early fall season and convinced my fiance to get some. It's a cute little coffee shop within a hotel. We asked the cashier if the apple cider was good and she raved about it. Granted we were a little skeptical because she works there and could be biased so I went against my cravings and got a small instead of a medium. JUST GO FOR THE LARGE! The apple cider was so good (I'm sorry I doubted you, sweet cashier). The cider is only served hot and has whipped cream on it. It smells like cinnamon and warm apples and the whipped cream makes the cider lighter and milkier and 100% more addicting. My fiance typically doesn't care for apple cider like I do but he and I were practically chugging our small cup haha

Kbrew used to be my go to coffee shop. For the past couple of my nths, my experience has been very poor. The Broadway location repeated messed up my orders so we switched to the the west town location. Much better, until this morning. Apparently some time from the last time we were here (maybe 2 Sundays ago, they changed the Sunday hours to 11am. So we arrived at the West location (our traditional Sunday stop before church) and saw the sign. So I looked up the other locations and saw the Gay street location was open. So we placed an online order and drove there to pick up my order just to find that the location is closed as well. Just really disappointed . It would have been fine if the other location did not send me a receipt telling me my order would be ready by 8:47am and I drove all the way across...

My fiance and I stopped in to get a beverage after seeing a movie. We were very pleasantly surprised by the classy glamorous interior of the hotel that this K Brew location is in. Our coffees were done in no time, customer service was amazing, our coffees were delicious. We got to sit down for a few and admire the center piece of the lobby which are these gorgeous hanging lights that make you feel like Hilary Duff in the Lizzie McGuire movie when she goes with Paulo to try on all those designer dresses.
