Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Knoxville

OMG Where do i even begin!! Let me start bye saying when i arrived to this location i told the girl on the speaker that i had a huge order! Remind you im came all the way from Harriman tn (Roane County) Just to get Long John Silver's!! The girl asked me to come inside since it was going to be a big huge order and i said no problem!! I was a happy camper i was getting me some LJS!! I go in and the guy and manager took my order and not one word was said i though they would get upset cause i had about 28 pieces of fish two orders of chicken plus 2 ordered of shrimp and fries and sides and they all were very polite thanked me for coming to see them and told me to never forget them and to come back!! The fish and chicken was omg phenomenal and delicious!! the moment i walked in the door and smelled the fish it was like an aroma i had been craving for!! And then seeing all the fish and chicken coming out of the kitchen just made my mouth water! and i couldn't wait to get home!!! If you haven't tried this Long Johns i suggest you do they are Phenomenal!! and they don't care how big of an order you have they jump right in there and work like a team!!! Waited 15 mins in drive thru and was never even able to get to the window. Inside is shut down and drive thru is going nowhere. Don’t waste your time here. Tried again today to order food and when I get to the speaker I get told not once but twice by the employee to wait. (She doesn’t know how to treat customers). When I’m finally able to order my food I get to the window and I get told that it will be several minutes so my food can cook. I got a refund and left. This place is the absolute worst and the fact that management won’t fix it shows you how much they do t care. Update….on Thursday I went by to see if they had improved anything at this store. Pulled through drive thru and was told that drive thru was closed permanently. Nothing but pure laziness on part of the workers. Tried calling the phone number on the window for the general manager and got nothing. Absolutely last time I go to this worthless excuse for a restaurant. Management doesn’t even respond on here so why should I expect the general manager to return...

They forgot my crumbles. 🥺 And we asked twice. 💔 Other than that, sometimes you just need some LJS, and the ladies took good care of us. Please don't ever take my LJS away. If one day you decide to close all the LJS, close mine last. I'm 56. I've been enjoying LJS since I was about 10 years old, and i always ordered the 3 piece chicken and more. How's that for old school? Absolutely my favorite fast food chicken. Yep, I don't like fish. Love the fries! There aren't better hush puppies anywhere. I could make a meal on them alone. And the slaw is typically wonderful, but I'm taking a medicine right now that makes things taste funny, but I'm sure it was good - okay, it needed more mayo. Please tell me you haven't changed the recipe. 😐 As you can see, it was a good decision to eat LJS. Here's my shout-out to the crew at the Western Ave store in Knoxville, TN. Keep up the good work.
