It was late, I'd be grocery shopping, we were hungry just wanted a small bite to eat. The order taker was very polite, I ordered a happy meal and a couple burgers and a large half and half tea no ice (ice just melts waters it down). I get my food, I pull away from the window put my straw in my tea start to get a drink and the amount of sugar almost makes me sick. I used to drink it like that, but made a choice to cut down on my sugar intake and now I can't drink it that sweet. I drive around explain I got all sweet and not half and half, the order taker apologized said she'd let them know and to pull to the second window. I get to the second window he has no clue tries to sell me the next cars food. I explain it was supposed to be half and half and apologize that I can't drink it that sweet. He huffs takes the tea makes another hands it to me. I start to drive away but realized it has ice in it, almost full of ice. I stop back up slightly (there was another car behind me) explain it was supposed to be no ice, and repeat half and half no ice. No it wasn't the other one had ice. I tell him no it didn't and I ordered it with no ice and half and half. He huffs even more and one of the women standing by him says to him that's three teas. I understand mistakes can happen but don't huff at me when you've made a mistake and don't stand there with disgust at a customer that's just trying to get her order correct and loudly complain that you've made 3 teas. If the first was made correctly I wouldn't have driven back around. Which driving back around was only slightly an issue because I was tired. But the fact that I was polite and got rude in return is why the negative review. Gave the second star for the order taker being polite to my...
Read moreThe only one that seemed to have a modicum of customer service was the sweet cashier that took our order, I wish I could remember her name.... The originally got our order wrong at the drive-thru speaker so we drove around to the window play Star order again had to repeat it like five times all it was was like six cheeseburgers with two no cheese and they went ahead and made him anyway the drive-thru window attendant she knew that they had shoes on him we didn't want cheese and she said they already made him what if I do have a dairy allergy the drive-thru window attendant she knew that they had shoes on him we didn't want cheese and she said they already made him what if I have a dairy allergy? She then proceeded to ask me what I want them to do I told her I didn't want cheese on them. When we took them back the sweet cashier with the dark brown hair was the only one with hospitality and sense..I know I used to be a general manager for 5 years at another popular food chain, trust me they have the meats that that particular McDonald's didn't..plus the cashier was almost the only one that showed prompt servicem, while a female employee was one break in the lobby with ear buds in wil'n out to music acting very unprofessionally...but unfortunately that wasn't the WORST service and ineptitude that I had experienced at a McDonald's believe it or not. And I am pretty sure it's not that far fetched where McDonald's service is concerned, with emphasis on speed of service order accuracy and...
Read more6am the breakfast should be fresh right? No hash browns were hard as a rock, and sprite was out, so my daughter wanted another, I was too far down the Rd. I stopped at the next McDonald's on Kingston Pike bought one and as she took her first bite of her sausage mcgriddle, from the walker springs store a hair came out with it. I call and ask to speak to the mgr. She was extremely rude, her name is Jess. Instead of apologizing and offer to replace the food, she tried to convince me that the person cooking had short hair as if I was lying. I explained that the hasbrowns were hard, sprite was out, food has a hair. I didn't receive a receipt. If she could print another I just left from there because at this point I'm not gonna argue about if there was a hair, and she could taste the sprite herself. She explained she had stuff to do, and did not make me want to ever get food there. I want my money back. She left a bag for the mgr Sabrina and the only good thing about my experience was the drive thru guy Michael. He was kind, but he didn't. Make the food, nor was he aware the sprite was out. By the looks of the reviews the owners don't reply so this post was probably for nothing but morning shift is definitely much different than evening I know that! My chicken biscuit was good though, i didn't get a hair on mine, then again I only ate half. I lost my appetite during my daughters reaction to the hair, and washed it out with pure soda water. I wasn't so...
