Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que — Restaurant in Kochville Township

Earlier today I ordered two burgers and two fries for me and my fiance. The meals costed $9.99 each, delivery $10 and I left a 15% tip which my total came up to $34.17. I was really shocked as to what I saw in the meal boxes when I opened them. On both burgers it had white cheese and bbq sauce. That's not what I ordered! The burgers were supposed to be fully dressed. The manager Rachel claimed it wasn't their fault that it was corporate fault and that she can only give me $10 back. I dont eat bbq burgers, I've never had bbq burgers and my fiance doesn't eat bbq at all. Oh not o mentioned that manager Rachel claims bacon supposed to come on the burgers as well. There's not One piece of bacon on any of the burgers. I explained to manager Rachel I feel like i'm being forced to eat something that I don't eat and being forced to pay for something that I don't eat. I explained to manager Rachel, I could have ordered me a pizza and been better off or cook me some food at home instead of losing my money on food that I don't need and that I did not order. I am so pissed off right now because I didn't have extra money to waste on a restaurant who didn't care to fix my correct food. And even if I was to go inside of the restaurant, I would never order nothing disgusting as this burger. The burgers are still sitting on the counter in the kitchen. The only reason why I ordered this food from famous dayes. It's because I have no way of getting around. Due to being in a car accident, someone hit someone hit me not too long ago. Causing me to go through a lot of treatment. And I'm also in a lot of pain daily. I can barely stand I can barely walk.I have a lot of issues that I deal with so I decided to go forth and order from famou daves a nice burger and fries but yet I got something totally different. Also I am on a budget due to the accident with limited income. I am living off of a few dollars I had saved up before my accident! I am not able to work and this was all the extra money that I had to spare if I was to eat out instead of getting something to eat at home. I am very pissed and angry at this moment. Now my Fiancé has to find something for us to eat at the house. After this innocent I will not be a returning customer to famous daves. I am typically a fan of famous Dave’s when I need a BBQ fix but today I was rather disappointed. I know that it was busy due to the holiday however the service I received was horrible. The Caucasian lady that was working carry out with blond hair was obviously having a bad day. I went in at 3:15 to pick up my online order as promised by email. I was told by a polite gentleman that there was 3 orders ahead of me and to give them 15 more min. I went to my vehicle and waited. I went back in and this time the Caucasian lady assisted me. She checked and the order wasn’t ready. And told me the same thing “your order isn’t ready there’s 3 orders ahead of yours and it’ll be 15-20 min” I tried to explain to her that I had just been told that 15 min ago. She flipped out on me “it’s busy, it’s the holiday and we are running behind!” I told her I understood. She looked me dead in the face and said “OBVIOUSLY YOU DONT” at this point I didn’t want the food and asked her for the manager so I can get a refund. Because I have been a manager for food service so I do understand. She comes back and says “he’s busy right now and by the time he gets out here your food will probably be ready” I said no I don’t want the food. She says “well wait then” and walked away. Another young lady asked if I had been helped I told her not really and asked her to get a manager. A manager comes out right away and let me know that the head manager was working on the refund on the computer because it was an online order and that he’ll be out to speak with me soon. Soon after I received an email saying that the refund was processed. At this point I just left and wasn’t interested in speaking to anyone else. Famous Dave's is by far the BEST BBQ on planet earth. I've been to the south and the north and Famous Dave's knocks out the completion like a predator drone shooting down ISIS. The staff is super friendly...like a Disney movie. We had seven people at a table and not once did we go with out sweet tea or water. Now let's get to the food...because I know that's why you are still reading this. First let's start with 5-6 BBQ sauces they have on the table at all times each has a unique twist and flavor. Personally Devi's Spit and Texas put were my favorite. We ordered 2 appetizers and the portions were enough for us to share and still have some left over. (Onion strings and Burnt ends both were absolutely delicious). Now me and my buddy split one of the meals for 2 it was roughly 37.99. Let me tell you what.. This plate of food was on "trash can lid" (Don't judge) there was an ungodly amount of food that would satisfy even Buddha's apatite. There was ribs, chicken, brisket, corn on the cob, corn bread muffins, fries, macaroni and cheese, and baked beans. Nothing was ordinary and everything had flavor! The beans, mac and cheese was the best I've ever had in my life!! I'm recommending famous Dave's for anyone and everyone; even people going through rehab, breakups, even extremist! Why?
