Starbucks — Restaurant in Kochville Township

Went to Starbucks on an early break and ordered an iced macchiato with almond milk and an extra shot and a cookie from Nick. I left without my cookie which was partially my fault. Then on my way back to work I realize my drink is super light, almost white, and it tasted like I was drinking straight almond milk; there was not enough espresso in it. So I went back and Aimee was there and helped fix my drink and gave me the cookie I forgot. She then said that the previous barista “broke” the espresso machine which was causing it to not brew the espresso shots properly which she said he should’ve paid attention and seen. Thank god for Aimee and her knowledge! She was able to properly dispense the shots and I was MUCH happier with my drink the second time around. Gave it 3 stars only because of...

Drinks were good, but they completely forgot my lemon load and sandwiches. They were way too busy and turned away immediately after giving me my drinks, making it so i couldn't even ask for my food. I'm finding this is extremely common for all Starbucks in Saginaw, as its happen many times to me on State street as well. Everyone EVERYONE forgets we order food too. Like... Dont get me wrong, i like coffee a lot but most of the time, when i get food from starbucks too ITS BECAUSE I WANT TO ACTUALLY EAT FOOD FOR ONCE, NOT JUST GIRL DINNER WITH COFFEE...

God please bless the barista that did my drink & my mom’s drink because she was very kind and sweet and I love her so much (as a friend!). I forgot her name, but she was very kind and even though they didn’t have the lavender like Starbucks has as their other location on the same road, she used raspberry for the whip and it still looked purple! Magic I tell you, she did magic! God bless her and keep her safe and well. Definitely wanting to go...
