To preface this review, we come to this location often and always have good experiences but this last experience was the worst I've had at any restaurant. We walked in and sat down, a few other groups sat down shortly after us. They were all greeted and given drinks and we were not acknowledged for probably close to ten minutes. Linda was our server and asked us for drinks and we told we were ready to order. She did not write our order down and even made a joke about how that would be hard to remember. We got our appetizer very quickly, and my boyfriend's food came out shortly after. She dropped of his food and said "this is all i got... u order chicken tenders right?" and then walked away with no further explanation for over 15 minutes. My boyfriend did also ask her for hot sauce when she dropped off his food and he never got that as well. He ate his food while I was waiting - I only ordered chicken tenders, no fries or anything else. We saw her standing in the kitchen by the Togo window and walking around the other side of the restaurant while I was waiting on my food. We had to go ask another employee for help since it was over 15 minutes with no food and we had not been told anything. As soon as we told the other employee my food magically appeared and she vaguely blamed it on the kitchen and said that she had been standing there waiting which she clearly was not. I saw when the employee had told her we came up to her and she looked surprised like she had definitely forgotten and frantically went to the POS and looked at our order. She brought back a refill and the check right after getting my food and didn't acknowledge the situation at all. I completely understand that mistakes happen and wouldn't have been mad if she just said she forgot to rang it in and gave us some sort of explanation and update, but completely ignoring us and not even being...
Read moreLast time before today they dropped a fork on my mother while cut her hand, they forgot our straws and her salad dressing then never brought her food besides the salad they never brought dressing for. They tried to say they could not make a shake since they don’t have whip cream and they couldn’t make a float because “Vernours and root beer are no where to be found in Saginaw”, my own work sells it and isn’t far. They apologized and gave 5% off of the bill. Came there again today, server forgot to put in the wrap my mother wanted. Never got straws until 3rd time asking for it which was by the time foo was out, took 7min to get mayo for the burger that I ordered on the side with the burger. The server this time had seemed nice but the lady at check out fully ignored the fact I said hi and didn’t even signal to put the card in she just expected us to pay and somehow sign the receipt without her even grabbing it and no verbal interaction besides “sign here” then during signing it hopped onto a different register and checked someone else out (he just walked up to check out) and she rolled her eyes when I said “have a wonderful day”.
The service has been horrible now, when they first opened I loved going in but now I don’t think I could eat there again. 5% off is not an apology for my moms hand being cut and bleeding by a server dropping utensils on her, and missing her food repeatedly each time is ridiculous. I feel terrible for my mother by how things turn out every time we go and I genuinely cannot understand how the place went downhill after opening was so well. Read moreUpdating again 5/15/24 We attempted to give Leos Saginaw another try a few times this year because it's the go-to for our visiting managers from downstate, we used to order every month end but constantly had employees with no meal to eat when items were left off. Today, we again were missing our fries and salad dressings, last month it was a whole salad, the time before that was a patty melt. We don't even try to get a refund anymore as there is never a manager onsite to do it. I changed my 5 star review to 1 star five months ago for the same issue (every single order we make). One of your servers had screenshotted my Facebook profile after reading the review and started sending it to my friends and messaging them, claiming "I lied and only ordered once and I was refunded". The orders are not always under my name as it is not always my company card being used. Weird to have employees do that, it's just not that deep. I have no reason to lie about a food review when I am not even getting refunded, there is no monetary gain? Please give feedback to your team, this happens every time and is starting to feel intentional after your server reached out to my friends... yes, I know, I should just not order from here anymore, I just really like your food!
