Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Kokomo

To be fair, all Buffalo Wild Wings have been going downhill for some time. Not even Arby's parent company buying them can make a difference

My wife and I met my daughter and her boyfriend, who attend the local college, today for lunch. Each time I go in there I think to myself "it's got to be better this time", unfortunately it's not. The restaurant is dirty and there are too many employees who choose not to wear their masks during the pandemic. I get that you may not want to, I hate it myself, but please be respectful to your guests.

The food always comes out mediocre and "warm" at best. Usually the fries and other sides are skimped on and it seems to take forever to get a drink. Many of the servers seem to want to give their friends great service but not those of us who are not regulars. Our server was very pleasant but there are just too many others at this location that do not seem to care My wife and I made the decision not to eat at which turned out to be the right decision My daughter's sandwich was overcooked, and fries cold. Her boyfriend's meal was underwhelming. I understand the weekend prior they ordered takeout which took over an hour to get even though they were told 15 minutes. It's not even worth brining to their attention as they probably don't care. Last time we did it was ignored.

This Buffalo Wild be Wings is mediocre at best. It's a shame as there are no other true sports bars to go to in Kokomo. I would avoid this place...

Another day another horrible experience at BWW. I called in advance to order my food about an hour and a half. When I got there I waited 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me on my 10 minute lunch break. When the cashier finally decided to acknowledge my existence I asked about my food she says yes that’s gonna be another 20 minutes. But why I asked for it to be ready 20 minutes before I even showed up because I know that I’m on a time limit. She was incredibly rude and stated that she did not care that I was late back to work so I asked for a manager. The manager rushes my food through I am still 30 minutes out of work late meaning I have lost more out of my paycheck then the food was even worth. At this point he offers me the food for free because I’m so late. I told him this is not what I ordered and he said wings are buy one get one free today. He may be should have stopped to ask me what I ordered because giving me free food that I don’t want is not helping me. So I got free wings. That I didn’t want. And not my fries. But of course BWW does not care. This is NORMAL for this establishment. Don’t bother unless you have PLENTY of time. HOURS to make...

This place was by far the WORST restaurant I've ever been too! First it smells like dirty feet when you first walk in the door! Then the hostess looks like she hates her job and looks like she's been on drugs for weeks and was rude while taking us to our table! Then we got sat at a table that had food and wrappers on the floor after this I went to open the beer book and it's all sticky and has food inside of it! Then there's another beer list on the table and I went to pick that up and there's also sticky stuff under that! So then we decided to order even though it didn't look like a good idea! Our appetizer never came out then when we asked for it after we received our cold dry chicken chunks she acted like she had no idea what we were talking about. Also my girlfriend decided to go to the bathroom and our waitress was taking forever then to find out she's in the bathroom sitting on her phone and never washed her hands when she walked out! The only question I have is what do you have to do to get a job there? Because it looks like you guys hire the worst people possible and I'm not sure how you guys...
