This was the worst. There were 4 games down, and over half the ones that were up were out of tickets so you'd waste ur points and get no tickets. My kids were really upset about that So I went up front and said so far my kid has played 4 games and all the machines are out of tickets. (A lot more rhan that were out od tickets) who can i talk to?she says there's someone out there filling them now and immediately walks away. Out walks another employee and asks if I need Help. I said yes and told her the same exact thing. She says so and so is feeling them now. Hey so and so you need to hurry and fill the tickets. So and so is not filling the machines hes behind the counter talking to first girl.... And then so and so starts complaining about having to fill the tickets. I say to second girl what about all the tickets he didnt get or the points he wasted? She says let me see your card. Okay i hand it to her she scans it and tells me how many points are left. I said ya I know that. Thats not what I was asking. She say nothing amd stares at me. Frustrated at this point amd my child wanting to go play games i just walked away. My wife with my other son Apperently was having the same problem. She had already managed to get the manager amd was explaining it to him. She seen me talking to first and second girl. I didnt see her. So we go back to trying to find am open working game. (Not easy) back to wife manager says we can put the points back on there while hes doing that second girl walks up and says to manager some jerk came up and was yelling at me and then stormed off before I knew what he wanted and walks off. Wife says to manager ya that was my husband mabey your employees shouldn't talk abiut customers on the floor. Manager apologizes and refunds our points. We go back to playing the limited games that are properly working. So overall the games were mostly down, the employees were rude and unhelpful and half of them werent doing there job, and by the way the pizza is awful. Its like eating cheese cardboard. Do not go here! Save yourself the headache. Also there were a lot of people complaining. It wasnt just our party....

The girl who was at the register when we walked in was very informative. Very polite. She was extremely helpful in ordering what we needed and wanted that would fit our budget. My daughter ordered wings and she asked for barbecue wings and they were ring up as buffalo wings. When my husband went up to exchange them or asked for them to be exchanged. They made a huge deal about it. He was up there for at least 10 minutes trying to figure out if they were going to switch them out or not. Finally, I got up and went up to the register and I told them that she asked for barbecue wings, not buffalo wings and that we needed a replacement because she could not eat the spicy wings. The manager got a very big attitude. Rang them up and pretty much snatched the other order of wings out of my hands as if I were going to keep them or something. And then about 15-20 minutes later we got the other wings and my daughter could barely eat those because they were all nothing but fat. But the pizza was good. Prices are a little high but I was expecting that. We did get plenty of free play time. But I don't think the ticket count is correct. When you play the game where you push the button and stop and you're supposed to get that many tickets.. My son hit 300 something every time but when we went to cash in we only had...

We had a birthday party for a member of the family no longer with us so we didn't really need a party person but we got one and the guy was kinda a pain in butt to be honest bugged about 4 times for the extra cupcakes we had which was nearly a full 2 dozen and my daughter has 7 kids so she kinda wanted them to go home with her but ended up giving the guy 6 .We paid for 5 pizzas only got 4 but whatever the kids had a great time playing the games but in my opinion it wasn't near worth the nearly 800 bucks my daughter and son in law had to spend . We was short 2 cups as well but the manager said we could use our own instead of buying more . At that price you'd think they'd given us 2 cups especially after shorting us a pizza . All in all it was a nice time but be prepared to pay the price and say something when you don't get all your food they may have forgotten to make it. If you can be your own party person I kinda suggest that after the guy we got . If I had to rate on the fun the kids had it would be a 5 out of 5 but since it's service atmosphere and service I can't give it more than two because of the food quality the fact we were shorted a pizza and didn't really need some guy bothering us for the 3 hours we...

Would love to see some new games every now and then but the ones they have my 5 year old loves. Prices are very fair with by the minute or per game options. (I feel by the minute is best value for very active kids.) Staff has been great the visits I can remember. Was just in there at 8:30pm and they close at 9pm. Bought two 30 minute cards and staff was amazing from start to finish. You don't get that much these days at closing. Great job crew!

The downside... The pizza was worse than the thin crust store freezer pizza and you are charged for every single topping & WAY TO MUCH $. The upside... Fair pricing and options for the arcades and the facility and gaming area was extremely clean and staff was awesome. I'm not sure if you have to buy food to play if so we won't be back if not we definitely will be for games only.

My daughter wanted to try the new trampoline, so it was $12. When we get in there it is locked. I have to find a worker to unlock it. Then he has to stand there in front of the gate and you could tell he didn’t want to be there. They need to have a key swipe card to open the gate not a manual lock. It was just 3 small trampolines.
