Over promised and under delivered. Mattress arrived frozen and delivery men couldn’t flex it to get upstairs. Vita and her boss John came and tried that evening and I greatly appreciated it. They couldn’t do it. I was told I would be “taken care of” repeatedly by Vita as I slept on the couch for a week because I had to wait for the delivery men to come back. They did get it right up the stairs. Vita was rude, and had a huge attitude when I called and asked what she was going to do since this wasn’t acceptable to me. She said I already gave you free pillows!!! They were free to anyone who purchased that day and they are the worst pillows I’ve owned. She did give me a “waterproof” mattress cover that was cheapest cover I’ve ever seen. I donated it. So for all her promises I got the free pillows and the deals that were already happening the day I purchased. Her boss John didn’t even have enough respect to return my phone calls. I was so nice and patient until my last call with her when she got an attitude. So spend your money elsewhere! This is my second mattress from them and I’ll never go back. I am not the only one with this story either. Several people I work with told me their horror stories with this woman after I posted on social media. Wish I would have known before I spent over...

My husband and I already had a good idea of what we were looking for before we went in so we had realistic expectations as far as pricing. Christopher was wonderful! He provided a full demonstration on the adjustable foundation we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable with the best settings for spinal decompression which my husband and I desperately need, and he explained the benefits of the mattress that best met our health needs. We didn't feel pressured or hounded to buy more than we intended. He was extremely sweet to our young daughter and made her feel included in our decision making process.
