When we came in, the gentleman at the host stand was very nice and super sweet to our son. He even gave him a cool shark hat for shark week. We sat down and it all went down hill. My husband ordered a beer, and the server brought him a partially filled glass and said the keg blew and she would bring back some more when the bartender changed it. We ordered our food, and she brought back a beer that had lettuce stuck to the inside of the glass! Gross. We got our food dropped off and my husbands quesadilla is not what he ordered. My birria tacos were served with cold broth on the side that tasted like it had been sitting out for too long. Very foul. The server never came back, so I got up and the host immediately asked if he could help with anything. I asked if he could just send our server over… she still didn’t come back, but the manager did and literally didn’t care one bit about the multiple issues at our table. He took my tacos off the bill, and didn’t even acknowledge the nasty glass that my husbands beer was served in, or the fact that his order was completely incorrect. The server brought our bill, and this was the only other time we ever saw her. We explained that the quesadilla was as not the right one, and tacos were gross, along with the dirty glass that we already spoke to the manager about. She literally laughed and said that she rang the order in wrong, and walked away with our card to cash us out. This place has literally TANKED over the past few years. We use to love it when we were locals before. Now that we’ve both moved back to town, we haven’t had one visit that something hasn’t been gross or just completely wrong. This was the LAST STRAW. Despite the many comments from friends and family about how it’s changed so much and not very good anymore… we’ve continued to try in hopes that it would...
Read moreI have eaten here many times with service going between terrible to great. One terrible night we were having a blast and accordong to staff later informed us on. An employee called a female friend to report a couple in the restaurant that resulted in a fight. A glass and a beer bottle were thrown and glass flew in our direction as they had been seated in a corner booth behind us. Our food had just arrived. We explained to the manager concerns that our food or beverages may contain glass. He stated no glass was in the area yet the waitress had wiped it off the table and swept it from under too. He then took some our food and drinks and brought me back a poorly mixed drink he had made himself that was half full as mine had been when he took it. And said he'd fix the food. Yet after 40min no food and a half poorly made drink from him not the bar tender we left. Our evening was ruined and I felt cheated. I have since given them more buisness yet that TERRIBLE example of a manager left me with a bad taste about Hacienda. We go for the drinks and atmosphere. I could care less if that manager got fired, he was terrible. I'm not one for hand outs but that wasn't our fault and our bill was over a $150.00. Some people...
