Grand Adventure Brewing Company — Restaurant in Kremmling

2nd time I've been there from Florida, both times rude waitresses, mixed drinks were horrible, most recently went there with my 2 grandkids, 1st the sweet tea wasn't sweet for both grandkids was rude about it , 2nd so the waitress didn't offer anything, then when asked for water she was gonna take our order she came back with the water walks away, 3rd then ignores us for another 20 minutes then 4th rudely comes back and ask us are you gonna order food , my grandkids were confused why she asked rudely and took so long to come back and asking the question knowing we were trying to order during the sweet tea issue, 5th finally ordered food , they didn't have the smoke Turkey for the sandwich I ordered so I had to substitute it for chicken, 6th our food took over 45 minutes she comes back says sorry your order is taking so long , then she finally offers a sugar substitute for thier tea which was nasty, forgets the kids fries was rude about that too , all in all waited 2 hours almost just to get dinner , I'll never go back thier again . HORRIBLE SERVICE both waitress need...

We had a fantastic meal and drinks at Grand Adventure. The building had a modern rustic feel that fit right into what you'd hope to find in Colorado. Our waitress Kat was quick with drinks and food, and provided great entree recommendations. We ordered two flights so we could sample all 12 beers on tap.

The head brewmaster Rick came over to our table and discussed some of their beers with us, and offered to give us a tour of the brewery (which we of course accepted). He described the brewing process, and what made their beers so unique, as he uses locally sourced ingredients when available. The food was amazing, we ordered the bison short ribs, grilled cheese, a kale and quinoa salad, and BLT.

This brewery was definitely worth the trip from the ski resort...

Where do I begin...

1. Our group of 3 ordered dinner and every single item they were out of... including our 2nd & 3rd options so we couldn’t eat food.

2. I ordered a $5 craft beer & got charged $8, I notified our server & they said it was too difficult to refund me so they could give me a HALF of a beer!? A normal place would have comped my beer for the multiple inconveniences!

3. The menu has completely changed...as a local who’s been coming to this bar for years I will say I will not be returning as their BLT was $16!?!?!

I feel bad for the staff that is forced to work for these new owners or rules...

Please SAVE YOUR TIME & just go across the street to Grand Old West where they actually have the food...
