"Quality service that doesn't cut corners is our recipe." Words on the side of the building, but there is no quality in service or food at this location. Is the owner of this franchise not reading any of these reviews? This location has MAJOR problems and it's only getting worse. This last round we pull up to drive thru, there are several vehicles in line, I consider going into the lobby but it is closed as it often is. The truck in front of us backs up and leaves, first red flag. We pull up and wait, and wait and wait...we finally get to order then we wait some more. Pull up to the window and as we're paying a man squeezes himself down the side of our truck to the drive thru window because they forgot some of his order, (remember this is the only option since lobby is closed) second red flag. We finally get our food, the kid hands it over and says, 'Everything should be in there.' third red flag. My husband asks if I want to eat in the car or go home. I said 'Go home, I'm tired of this place.' and he said 'Well I guess we'll see what we get when we get there.' Our order was simple, a baconator, large fry, classic chicken sandwich and another fry. Of course we were missing a fry, whatever, I can live without it. I asked my husband who always eats his fries first, 'Well are your fries at least hot this time?' Nope. Sat down to eat our sandwiches and they were so cold and dry we could barely choke them down. I had to take a drink every two bites. I don't know why I bothered finishing this garbage. Read moreWendy’s is a fresh quality restaurant. At least they cook their food fresh and thoroughly unlike most restaurants. And it is virtually impossible for the food to come out soggy and “ice” cold because they make it hot fresh when you order from what I’ve seen. You guys either take awhile to get into your food or complain just to get free food. The reason why the lines are long is because it’s actual quality food thats freshly made everyday, so people want that especially since it’s a new joint in town. And the new staff are still learning but they’re doing a great job. How about you try learning all that while being fast and efficient on your first day. There’s no reason to hate on the crew nor the long lines. It’s just a matter of serving all the people in line. If you’re complaining about people not wearing gloves and are so scared of people not wearing gloves and masks correctly, then either stay home or don’t complain. I bet it gets really hot working by the grill all day so give them a break people. Wendy’s has always been my go-to and always will be. They’re food is real fresh food that I believe the city of kuna and it’s people deserves. Keep up the good work Wendy’s!

Read moreWent in the other evening to grab some food. Tried to order on the touch screen but couldn’t make it work. Asked an employee named Jayden who was strolling around acting cool if he could take my order. Unbelievably he said no that they were understaffed (I had to ask him three times because the music was so loud that he couldn’t hear me and I couldn’t hear him) and that I would have to use the touch screen. I told him that I had already tried that tried that so he sauntered off to see if he could find someone to help me and eventually came back and took my order himself, once again acting very arrogant and having to have me repeat myself because of the extremely loud music. While my family was eating our food which by the way was pretty fair, I watched other customers come in and turn around and leave because of the same incredibly bad service. I could keep going on about my experience because there was even more negative happenings but I’ll end it here with a suggestion to whoever owns the franchise. Gets some help that treats the customers who ultimately pay their wages with some respect and pay attention to your business. I think for now I will spend my money...
