I went in with my better half to get food and drinks. It took a while just to get someone's attention to assist us and they weren't even that busy that day. The bartender came and asked us what we wanted (wasn't friendly at all) and we decided to start with some cheese sticks. 20 minutes later, nothing yet and we're talking about just cheese sticks not a steak and no one came to let us know anything either as to what was causing the delay. The bartender who was supposed to be our waiter passed by our table several times to talk to other people but never thought about stopping by our table to let us know something. There was a guy walking by who looked like he may have been a manager so I decided to stop him and ask him what is going on and explain the situation about our appetizer that never made its way to us. He said he was a manager and didn't seem to have any sort of urgency nor did he care to make the situation better. His response to my question was He's not the one making the food so it's not his fault so what do you want him to do about it ? I can bring you something to drink if you want. His attitude was horrible and his responses as a manager even worse!! I then proceeded to ask him for the owner's name and he said HE IS THE OWNER!!!!! I was like are you freaking kidding me, that's even worse!!!!!! You allow this kind of behavior for your team to act the same unprofessional way you do, wow!!!!! His name is Mitch and he is HORRIBLE!!! I don't recommend anyone wasting their hard earned money in an environment like this unless you like to get terrible service! I asked him to give me our check so we can RAPIDLY GET THE HECK OUT OF THAT PLACE. I will never step foot in a place like that even if everything is given...

I was extremely disappointed in the end. I thought the place was inviting but throughout the night I was continually reordering my food reminding my bartender of my unreceived order. It was apparent she was under the influence as she staggered and served. Her eyes dialated. At first, I attributed the look to some kind of disability. I paid and tipped in cash, an extremely generous tip (45%) since I felt compelled to show my appreciation for her service being opened during this COVID-19 pandemic. However, I was vulgarly kicked at 2230 when Centerfield supposedly closed at 2300, with verbal remarks “I didn’t tip”. Extremely disappointing - after all trying to support a local business but not being appreciated for my services for even coming in when I could have easily chosen a chained restaurant/bar for the evening. I did notice that at 2200 the bartender’s friends arrived and took full advantage of the bar service. As I was told “Bar is closed!” At 2240 I hear added verbal insults from the influenced friends. My son played at the black star baseball friend. Was looking for a good place for lunch before heading home. I like finding places that are local to the area I visiting. The building is historical brick, has the the look and feel. Jessica the /bartender/waitress was ready to serve. I am a little picky when it comes to my beer selection but she didn’t not disappoint in letting me try some of the local brews I haven’t heard of letting me find the right beer for me to enjoy. I asked what was the most popular items to order for food, she recommended the wings and burgers. “These for sure are the most ordered.” Well my son ordered the wings and said he loved them. I ordered the basically burger and nodoubt it was awesome. Fresh meet made to order ready to go, bun was soft. If you want condiments it comes in packet form. But you shouldn’t need much with this burger, was very flavorful and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for some sports on tv, cold beer, and a good burger or wings.
