I had a hunger for something to eat. I wanted something different. Not just your regular same old stand-by fast food drive up and drive off. I look online for a list of restaurants near me. While online an advertisement popped up for Kyle pizza. I watched and was intrigued by the mom and pop atmosphere portrayed. I thought maybe one of those name brand pizza because they are just the fall back stop for pizza. My wife wanted something different so I said okay, different it is. Drive up to a small building with a small town look and atmosphere around it. When I walked in and looked around it reminded me of my small town restaurant that I used to go to back in the late 70's early 80's. I was greeted by the owner (Billy) whom I advised of my short story before walking in. He said I would not be disappointed and that they make a better pizza than the competition. I waited for a few minutes before I got my order to go. Read the history of Billy and his adventures over the last few years of his pizza adventure from a delivery driver to ownership. When I got my order it looked and smelled fresher than other name brand. It was a picture perfect pizza that I forgot to take. I couldn't wait to get my hands on the Pizza. When I got into the slice it was so amazing. An explosion of flavors. I thought I've had good pizza. But this pizza is a mark to judge other pizza. Hands down I was very pleasantly surprised and more than pleased with my choice. I highly recommend going out of your way to find and try this pizza place. I look forward to my next pizza night or even an early evening night out with the family. Thanks Billy, You were right on the mark about my satisfaction. I look forward to seeing you again very soon. You may be my regular pizza stop after this evening.

In an over abundance of Pizza joints here in Kyle, it is hard to stand out. Pizza Classics has been around for many years. In fact, the owner used to work at it before he decided to purchase it. My kid wanted to order food and support a local business. We jumped on the website to place our order. He opted a large pepperoni lovers and I ordered a Calzone. We also opted for pizza rolls and Chocolate Mousse cake. The app makes it a breeze to place the order. There was no need to hunt and search for "online coupons" like other places. We roll up in the 30 minute timeframe they told us it would be ready. It was ready as soon as I walked in the door.

I am usually particular about pizza crust. Pizza Classics crust had a good flavor to it. Many times crust that think tends to be a tad bit "doughy". This was on point. The sauce also was flavorful. The Calzone was dusted in parmesan cheese and garlic. It was also very amazing. I did like the pizza rolls much better than the local "franchise" place around the corner. I had my hesitations about the Chocolate Mousse cake as they are usually have too much chocolate for my taste. This cake was spot on. It hit the spot. If you are considering getting the cake, get it. You will not regret it.

Skip the pizza franchise, support local! You can taste the difference. My original review was from 2 years ago and the food is only getting better and better. The pizza rolls are still very dangerously addicting. I am very impressed with the quality of the salads, my favorite is the Greek one. If you have not tried the Pizza Zen, I highly recommend it, love the mixture of the bit of spicy with honey, became my new favorite. I also very much enjoy the Nutella pizza but I wish they would add the bananas and strawberries toward the end of cooking otherwise they end up too soggy for my taste. As far as the delivery drivers, they are friendly and polite. Overall my favorite pizza place in Kyle. Original Review: Recently discovered they now have online ordering yay.
